Value for money, but thin wooden handle.
I am a professional Physiotherapists so I have seen some of the best products in the country. Not a perfect and professional product, but for home use this is very good shoulder wheel. The tension strap is really of a very high quality. The chrome is bit rough if you observe nicely but that doesn't matter with treatment at all.I just didn't like the handle. It is thin and made of unpolished wood. Not what as shown in photos. I need to change the handle myself. Overall it's value for money product.

Item delivered with open package. Some of the nuts and bolts are missing.
The package came fully opened. The bolts for installing it on the wall are missing in the consignment. Luckily the rest of the items were safe, thanks to delivery agent.
