I saw this on Tik Tok and was convinced. It does exactly what it says. I used these at night after a day of walking around in the desert and I woke up feeling much better than I would without these. They stick easily and strongly to the bottom of your foot, it stayed on the entire night which was great because I toss and turn a lot. Just don't mess with it too much, as soon as you place it just leave it, even if you are tempted to readjust because the sides will lose its stickyness. Also the cooling part was such an amazing feelin especially for those hot nights. I was worried I wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably because my feet are always freezing but this was perfect. I can't sleep without socks, so I had mine over these and it worked out fine
