Durable and easy to use
I was looking to save some money as I begin my venture as a Realtor®. I didn't want to buy the cheapest locks out there because my clients might not like that. I found these and from what other realtors had told me, they like these as well. So I bought 5 of them and they really are sturdy and lock well. The spinning combination lock might be a bit difficult in the winter with cold fingers and all. But they're pretty easy to spin overall. You can reset the lock whenever from flipping a little lever on the inside and resetting the combination. Which is good for reusing. Just keep track. Since I have 5, I numbered each one and have a list on my phone notes for the up to date combination code. Be sure to keep track of that. I will be buying more as my business grows.

Perfect (small) size. Cushion back. Love this!
This lockbox is a small size, which it so much better than other large clunky size ones. The backside is cushioned so it doesn't chip the paint off the door (under the door knob (like other ones that I have used that did chip off the door paint). Easy to operate and easy to change the code. Love this!

Great for emergency access.
I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Several years ago I fell, couldn't get up and had to call 911. I didn't want the fire department to break down the door and upon advise from a fireman over the phone, he told me to slide on my bottom through the house so I could unlock the front door. It was difficult to reach the front door dead bolt but I finally unlocked the door and a few seconds later the firemen entered. They were fantastic. At a later point in time I started using one of those medical emergency response companies. They offered a lock box for a certain price so I purchased it and hung it on the front door knob. When I could no longer afford this company, I kept the lock box since I already paid for it. Recently I had new locks put on the front and back doors. I could not remember the code or find the paper with the code to remove it from the door knob. I only knew the code to get the key out. I had to throw away that lock box still attached to the door knob. I found this lock box at Amazon.com and it looked similar to the one I had. This one is so much better. Cheaper in price and easier to open to get the key out and take off the door knob. When you enter your code to get the key out, it also opens the part that goes around the door knob. I told my neighbor who was helping me do something that this was so much easier than the old one. This is a great purchase for anyone who needs easy access to something or for elderly & loved ones that may be in danger of falling and needing emergency help. You can just tell the emergency responders the code to get the key out and latter change the code if you want to. No need to have them break down a door or break a window. When I had to go into the hospital for a few days, I gave the code to a neighbor so he could come in a feed my cat. I no longer have to worry about how will someone get in if I have an emergency. The only down side to a lock box is that people keep asking me if I am selling my house. I just tell them it is for emergencies. This lock box is much smaller than the lock boxes realtors put on houses. Will purchase again if needed.

Great lock boxes for a realtor
These lock boxes are great if you do real estate very durable and easy to use. We did have one of them freeze up during the colder months in Michigan so I’d advise to place in a sheltered or covered area.

Nice lock
Sturdy box with easy to change combination lock system. I haven't had a chance to see how waterproof it is yet. The picture does not show it, but the combination lock takes up quite a bit a space on the inside, so the depth is limited by that. Despite that one drawback, it is big enough to hold a few house keys and the lock on the top extends very far to make securing it much easier.
