Disney Pixar Cars Precision Series Lizzie's Radiator Springs Curios Playset

Very cute but stop light is flimsy and will break easily. None of the lights work even when plugged in. I have several pieces to this collection and was looking forward to adding this one...disappointed.

I think this is one of my favorites out of the series so far!! This has some great detail to, but I have to say when you turn on the lights it adds something magical to it! As far as a collectible, I think they will be much sought after in the future when people see the town all together and displayed.

So happy to get this for Christmas gifting, it was all he asked for and I am delighted it was available on Amazon. Thank you

The Precision Series from Mattel shows off in exquisite detail the buildings of Radiator Springs from the animated film Cars. This set for Radiator Springs Curios with Luigi as its proprietor, is just one more example why this series is so great. Despite the price tag, one will immediately be impressed by the detailing of the the building, and of course how they light up. What is thoughtful about that this lights up, not so much that they turn on, but its how its done. Each light goes on in succession to give the illusion of electricity being turned on and eventually finding its way to all the bulbs. Its just magical. And it ends with a soft red light glowing in the window to suggest a fire. Its simply marvelous.I have Ramone's Gas Station already, and it sits diagonal to the Curios shop. The Curios shop includes a street light which can be laid diagonally across the street which also blinks yellow. These are pretty big sets and require a good amount of space. For one, its easy to set on top of something, but two or more you are gonna need to dedicate an area. If you want to start making the town, you will probably need a garage and a few tables. Something I do not have. What is also unfortunate at this time, is that a few buildings released prior to this set are now discontinued and fetching some hefty amounts. It is clear these are designed for the adult collector and not for the children to play around with. But for the adult, they will certainly appreciate the quality and design and detail of each building and how they eventually all connect to each other with US Route 66 being the main street with Cross Street at the corner.

My 5 year old son is a cars fanatic, he has been since he was 2 years old, he has been collecting anything and everything cars. He is such a big fan that he even has a room fully dedicated to disney cars toys, playsets and vehicles. My kids have Ramones body shop precision set and I have got to tell you out of all the playsets they have, the precision set is one that gets played with the most.When my 5 year old got Lizzies precision set he went crazy! Huge hit! Lizzies headlights light up, the signage on the set is unreal, you touch a barrel for an unbelievable light show. It's pretty awesome! The details, the colors, the set is just fantastic, very well made and very well thought out. You have to be a real cars fan to truly appreciate this. My sons all three and all so young just love them both precision playsets, the lights are a huge hit and the imaginative play is great. They love to turn the lights off in the cars room and watch the sets light up and I can hear them play and laugh and just so great to see kids really appreciate and be a fan of a great series of movie

My son inherited my love of miniatures; we have a whole "city" that we set up from time to time, with small cars, small animals, small road pieces, small buildings, etc. When I saw this set on Vine, I thought it would be a good addition to our little city.When it arrived, my son was happy with the level of detail, but a bit disappointed in the lack of moving parts. He did appreciate the flashing lights, though. After completing the assembly (which was pretty simple), we added it to our city and it fit right in. Later, he used it as a base of operations for an emergency call, in which his entire miniature fire department had to come and put out a building fire. So overall, it was a good choice for us, especially considering that it was free through the Vine program.If you're paying full price, I'd say you need to be a big fan of the Cars franchise to get full value out of this. If you are just a casual fan, it's still a very nice product, but it's just not worth the price tag.Bottom line:3 stars if you're just a casual fan of the Cars franchise(3.5 stars if you're a casual fan of the Cars franchise, but have a general appreciation for well-made miniatures)5 stars if you're a devoted fan of the Cars franchise

I LOVE THIS SET. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT TOY BUT MY SON WANTS TO KEEP IT FOR A KEEPSAKE. IT HAS GREAT DETAIL. I LOVE THE LIGHTS.

Love the detail and the lights on all the Precision series sets, however when putting them together with the other sets they just don’t seam to line up properly (mainly the road lines) and the traffic light that came with this set is a huge let down, 1. The ugly black box on top of the light, 2. It doesn’t sit in the middle of the intersection, 3. The post provided with Ramones’ doesn’t match nor is interchangeable with the new one provided with Lizzie’s
