Good but not for beginners
Found the book as it was mentioned but only thing is that lots of pattern need dpn double pointed needles.

Needle may not be the one we generally use here
The knitting needs a circular needle and only a couple of the patterns can be done using the regular needle we get here.

A wide variety of designs
There are many different wearables to knit. And many designs too. Simple things to start with, and more complex designs, but definitely doable.

the book is very good but i will definitely not recommend this for beginners. This is more for experienced ones.
