I have been using this in my oriental dishes
This sauce does not have a strong flavor so you can easily add it to any of the oriental dishes. Honestly, I am not sure if this sauce specifically is making my dishes taste good. I like to prepare a sauce with ingredients such as soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, thai chili sauce, lemon grass sauce, and starting adding black sauce as well. I add a little bit of water to the sauce, mix it nicely so sugar dissolves, put it in a wok, let is simmer and reduce by 50%. You can then add veggies or chicken or what ever and it tastes great.

I dint liked the flavour...not at all like original black bean sauce...in fact we had to add more sauces to change its flavor

Good product if used sooner.
Good quality and safe to buy and use. Doesn't last long though. Smelled pungent quite soon than the expiry date.

This doesn’t give that black bean rice noodle colour. Else taste is ok. Haven’t tried before so can’t tell about the perfection.

They pasted import details on the recipe so i don't know what to do. I tried with some recipe from online. Its OK. Still trying to do original recipe.
