Lovely bed
It’s so easy to put together it’s strong and looks beautiful great for adult or child

Arrived well packaged and easy to put up. Comes with the tools to put it up to so you don’t need any extras. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of times I’ve stubbed my toes on the end legs. And the sucky out end bits take skin off your shins. You need to be carfull on your feet and ideally have space to around it. Having said that it’s good quality for the price and nice to sleep in.

Lots to praise, but the corners are sharp
First of all, I got a great price on this bed from Amazon.Second, it is as far as I can see a solid oak bed (except for the slats. which I guess are pine?)And - easy enough for me to assemble on my own with a bit of thought.I've been sleeping in it for a week and haven't heard any noise or felt any instability, so that's good, and it felt like a well-built piece of furniture while I was assembling it.There was minor damage to the bed on arrival, just a cluster of small scratches which may have happened in transit, but as these don't show with the bed fully assembled I've accepted those.All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase - BUT the corners of the bed at the foot-end are quite pointy, and while I've been learning to avoid them I have had several painful encounters with them, to the point where I am considering getting some tools out and rounding them off.I haven't taken a star off for this, I was warned by another reviewer about this issue and went ahead with the purchase, so I've only myself to blame.

Looks nice but poor quality wood
Tatty woods. Only the top is oak. The rest is MDF.

Great Quality and Value
Exceeded my expectations. Particularly wanted an ivory bedstead to match my M&S ivory wardrobe. Their bed was too expensive so looked for an alternative. So this one half the price and took the chance. The colour matched perfectly it looks great. Easy to assemble. Great quality and looks every much as good as the M&S bed.

The bar at the end of bed needs modifying.
Bed was easy to assemble and looks very good .But the bar at the top of the bed end sticks out to far and is very sharp caught my leg on it and cut it .
