Is it good for hormonal acne (around the jawline/chin)?

Hi Teresa, I'm afraid I can't answer that but what I can say that I use it in the shower instead of gel and it has calmed down my 'adult' acne. Not only that my skin has improved tremendously. My type of acne was hormonal and I had it on the top of my back, shoulders and upper arms. I make sure to always have a bar in just in case I flare up again. In addition it does last a very long time so well worth the investment. I hope this helps Teresa.

How many % is the Glycerine in this soap? Glycerine is supposedly bad for the skin drying it from the inside whats worrying me.

Looking at the chemical declaration (where the start order must show the proportions) it places glycerine just before sulphur. And sulphur is declared to be at 10% = the glycerine part should be at least >10%. That's the closest I can come to answer your question. I have not noticed that the soap is more skin drying then any other organical/therapeutical soaps.

Is it suitable for vegan and vegetarian?

Can you use it for your scalp?

My husband used this since he suffered with acne and even has small spots on his scalp which were very embarrasing when he visited the hair salon and was seen by young ladies there! He found it did the trick on both skin and scalp, but was quite 'drying' He finally obtained anti biotic cream & lotion from GP which where fantastic Definitely try it, is worth a go. regards Greta
