Does not fit 2000 4Runner
Overall quality looks great and the pads seem to fit. However, the inside diameter of the rotor is too small. The holes for the lugs fit perfectly, but the overall diameter of the rotor is smaller than OEM as well.

Worthy upgrade for towing or mountain summit descents
Before replacing my front rotors on my newly acquired rig, i was experiencing heavy pulsing\vibration under braking, especially while in-tow or on an extended descent. We've got some pretty lengthy stretches of 9%+ grade highways, being located in the rocky mountains. It's not difficult to maintain your speed by staying in a lower gear and having the engine provide the right amount of resistance. The previous owner wasn't so keen on these methods. The front rotors were warped beyond repair and couldn't be turned. I decided to take a chance on the Hart brand, as I'd never used them before but i liked thier offering. I'm glad i did. There's not an ounce of vibration anymore. The drilled and slotted design is going to provide adequate heat dissipation when towing my work trailer up and down the canyon roads. The pads are much more effective than the parts store cheapies they replaced and without any noise. Standard amount of brake dust on the wheels, no more or less than OEM pads, so no complaints there. Install was straight forward and no complications. Cleaning the surfaces with brake clean before install and keeping fresh gloves on made the bedding in process very easy. A few moderate stops from 35mph,a few from 45 and a couple hard stops from 50 mph did the truck just fine. I made sure i didn't have to come to a complete stop during that process because they are most susceptible to warping during that initial break in. Followed that up with a 20 minute drive to allow the rotors to cool off before i parked it. Entire install took under an hour with the bedding in included. Sure beats the heck out of the $500 estimate the dealer was providing to do the same job. I also used a wire wheel on my drill to get the calipers good and clean before installing the pads, using a small touch of anti-sieze where the pads would be making contact with the calipers. In conclusion, i would buy these again and I'm planning it for my Ford ranger in the spring. Just make sure you order the right size rotors, as there are two sizes available.
