this is my second type of combo from knives of Alaska and love them both. Very sharp and hold a good edge. Like the feel of the handles

Very well made and you are able to put a razor edge with in a few minutes. They handle very well and easy to clean. The best boning knife I have ever used. Five stars must have item.

Just all around liked the package. They appear to be very good knives and have performed well so far. I intend to purchase other sets to use as gifts.
