Finally something to help get the knots out of my upper back! I crochet and paint etc, and after long stints I can get awful knots at the top of my back/shoulder area. I hold near the orange and to give me leverage to press the black end into the knot and hold with pressure and I can feel the knot releasing. Great product. A bit of a pain to store, but it's worth it :)

Was a bit worried about this breaking after reading reviews when I bought it, but triggerpoint usually makes good stuff, must of had it for a year or two now, I dont know if people are using it for a grappling hook or what to break it, but no issues here, been really useful.

I am a massage therapist for over 16 yrs. I am always working on others, but I don't often get massage for myself. When I have a physical issue I work on it myself. I use heat, ice, self applied pressure, vibration tools, foam rollers, stretches, exercises etc. In the last year or so I have experienced some aching pains deep in my hip. It is so easy to use this thing. The leverage is wonderful. Whether you know about the body or not, this inexpensive, high quality piece of equipment will seriously help you get to that unreachable spot that aches. Buy It.
