It's recording with lots of noise and main conversation is hardly audible. I struggling to get the support, no one knows how to get this fix.

shady and dubious
There is no accessory that looks like a recharging device in the package. Even in the instructions, there is nothing on 'how to recharge' the device. Other instructions are very vague too. I made a mistake by ordering this device, I should have opted for the Sony voice recorder. This is extremely rude and fraudulent. Amazon must - in fair spirit - take responsibility. I need a voice recorder. I shall buy the Sony product this time, and the cost of this worthless device should be deducted from it - of course, I shall return the memore product.

Very Bad
product quality is very bad, it has stopped functioning even after 1 month, nither getting charge nor doing recording & placing audio any more. even after paying a good amount of money i have not used it for a year.very disappointing product.I trust amazon a lot and customer since so long, but now i noted that amazon has degrade their product & service quality.
