The taste isn't so great, like a lot of people have said. I put in a little extra virgin olive and flavored creamer to improve the taste and that helps. Definitely lessens my appetite and I find myself reaching for a snack a lot less.

Just started using the product. Taste isn't bad. Still a little chalky for my liking. The only thing I wish was instead of saying it's vanilla flavor they should emphasize that it's almond vanilla cause that actually alters the taste a little bit.
