We bought these rollers to support four 80 lb solid doors which create a 12-foot long closet with sliding doors. The metal box rail system works well. We have moulding that covers the hangers so everything looks good. BUT when we hung the doors and actually slid them around the sound was horrible!! So loud! I'm very sorry I used this track. This is not for use inside. The sound is way too loud. These are for outdoor use only, based on the decibel level of sliding doors on the track.Also, my husband said putting the door onto the box rail hanger is a real pain in the butt. I would not recommend these for a closet!

Years ago I made a sliding 6x6 lattice panel "door" to provide access and a finished look for the under portion of my deck. At the time, I used some closet door rails and wheels and it worked "okay." Recently, I rebuilt my sliding door to be heavier duty; the old closet door rails couldn't hold the weight. So I bought the N168-815's. Very strong, slides like a dream, perfectly balanced, and closes tightly. I show it off to everyone who comes over. My only regret is that I hadn't found these sooner. If you're building a barn door or a sliding door, these will keep you on track!

Used these on a sliding fence gate at a client's home and she loves them. They fit a track that we already had, so the measurements provided in the description are spot on. They installed easily and glide smoothly even under the weight of a heavy 10' cedar gate. I will definitely be using these on other projects. Great price compared to local hardware and big box stores.

I`m using the National 168-815 for my sliding barn doors on my workshop. They make moving the doors easy and two-year finger easy.Just had to shorten the door brace bolts so they don't scrape - my doors are only 1 1/2 inch thick.More economical that local sources.

Whenever we open the doors, the movement would loosen the adjusting nuts. Because of the design, it's hard to get in there and really tighten them. Every so often, we have to squirt some superglue in there so they'll stay put. Otherwise, the doors drop enough to scrap across the ground.

these are very well constructed and easy to install. Slides very smooth inside the track. both are easy to install.Make your appropriate measurements. Build rough opening and then screw them in place.
