Can i use this grease in my fishing reels?.

Absolutely! This is a splendid marine grease.

Will it wash off with water?

It will not wash off, however it can be wiped off with some effort.

Can I use this on my boat trailer wheel bearings?

I use CorrosionX Extreme duty 2 grease on my trailer wheel bearings and any grease fittings on the trailer and boat. An excellent product. Get a 16 ounce squirt bottle of Corrosion X spray while you are at it. Red label. Works on everything. The Rejex high gloss spray sheds water off the windshield like crazy. I keep all 3 of these products on hand for maintaining my salt water boat. Go to website,pick the products and quantity you want ( start with one of each),order through Amazon.

Nothing like it!!!
