PerfectPrime HP0210GR Electric Heated Neck Scarf/Gaiter/Wrap, Grey Scarf

This is the first heated scarf I've purchased and I'm pleased. The price is very reasonable (~$17) and I appreciate that I can use any of the power banks that I already have. A 5,000 mAh power bank provides several hours of heat (3-4+). I haven't worn it longer than that because after a few hours, my neck gets too warm. I have a drafty window behind where I sit to use the computer or watch tv and this scarf does a great job of keeping the cold air off of the back of my neck and keeping me warm.It's a bit confusing and potentially misleading that the description says it has "2 Heaters (Low/High Temp)" but the instructions mention only heater and extra heater without specifying whether or not there's a temperature difference. There's a size difference between the two heating elements which is specified in the instructions.I do wish the scarf were a bit longer overall or that it had some other method of fastening the two ends. My neck is too wide and/or the battery packs I'm using too large to make use of the loop that's meant to hold the ends together so I have to frequently adjust it to make sure the weight of the battery on one end isn't causing it to slide off. Alternately, a large binder clip works well as a DIY fastener.Overall, it's a nice, inexpensive heated scarf without the bells and whistles that more expensive versions may have, but is functional nonetheless.

I have to spend hours standing in the freezing cold for work and this scarf completely saves me. It melts my neck muscles into butter and stops me from hunching my shoulders up from the cold. Best $15 I've spent! I bought it about a year ago and forgot how much I loved it until temps dropped to the 20's this week and I had to break it out again. Still works and still feels amazing. I haven't had to use the spare heating element, but appreciate that it comes with one. I wish it was a few inches longer as sometimes it comes untucked and gets in the way. But that's a minor issue that pales in comparison to how much I love this scarf!

I have 3 other USB heated scarfs all except for this one are full wrap around, I like this one the most because it gets the warmest, you also get a spare heater which is great. I have bone spurs in my neck and have to use heat therapy every day so the scarfs are a lot less expensive than Thermacare heat patches. I use a 2000 mAH power pack on all the scarfs and I get 2 hours sometimes 3. Best $15 bucks I've spent.

I thought i was buying a complete product. i didn't realize i would have to drop another 30-50 on a battery cell to connect this. I would not have purchased it if i had realized it was just the soft muff. Yes, it's soft. it's kinda short but like i said. fine print was the issue for me...... kinda bummed. i kept it and haven;t used it. having the battery in it makes it pretty heavy to wear.

I intended to use this on the sidelines while watching my sons' soccer games but it barely warmed up at all after 10 minutes.

THE NECK WARMER DIDN'T GET HOT ENOUGH. I WAS HOPING IT WOULD BE A PRODUCT I COULD TRUST. BUT ONCE AGAIN NO SUCH LUCK. PLEASE STOP ADVERTISING PRODUCTS THAT DON'T WORK. SO ANNOYING WHEN COMPANIES DO THIS.

Heats up quickly and stays warm for a long time. Went on a 3 hour hike in the cool Winter weather wearing the scarf and it kept me warm the whole time. Also tried using it to relax my arm and leg muscles after long workout sessions and has been working great so far. Very comfortable and warm. Excellent product!

The scarf, itself does not get warm, there is a small heat element that warms, I literally had to hold that small warm spot against my neck, before, my neck could feel any warmth, and I had to continue to hold it against my neck if I wanted to continue to feel it. The scarf doesn't even hold it against your neck AND it doesn’t get warm enough to feel it through the scarf unless you push it against your neck, useless

The original heat pad which shipped with the product goes up to 40C (104F), which was not warm enough when worn outdoors in the cold. The vendor, Perfect Prime, answered my my emails quickly and courteously. The person that I dealt with (via email) was Jack. When I told him the heat was not sufficient, he sent out a new pad which heats to 50C (122F). I put it in the scarf and it is much better. I bought a 4000mah power pack and it ran for about 40 min and still had power left. Only tried the scarf once, so not sure how long the power pack will last or what will happen as we use it more, but now satisfied with the product. Would have given the review 4.5 stars if it was possible. The vendor support was very good, but the fact that it is not clear in the ad the temp of the heating pad, and that a hotter 1 is even available. The product now does what I had hoped it would do when I bought it.

This scarf is soft but does not heat at all ! One little warm spot out the entire scarf , very disappointed.

Great option for the price. Kinda ugly but the heat is so worth it. I just cover it with a nice scarf when going out.

Power bank wasn’t included....missed that comment!!!!
