Yesoul will ghost you! No response customer care
The bike is pretty good for the price but here is my issue and reason for a 2 star review 😀 I started the trial of yesoul app something like 13.99 a month to start after 30 days . I canceled via my Google play clearly ended subscription well somehow yesoul continuous charged me via pay pal 2 or 3 months . I reached out to yesoul FYI ive received 0 response and got denied by PayPal to dispute the charges so um kinda a scam
