CollectA's replica of the Muttaburrasaurus is lifelike and detailed, down to the bony bulb on its snout and its unusual feet. The Muttaburrasaurus was discovered in 1963, near Queensland, Australia. The 26-foot-long dinosaur lived approximately 112 - 98.6 million years ago. The creature is depicted in motion, turning its head as if to see what's coming up from behind. The beautifully sculpted, collectible figure from our Prehistoric Life Collection measures 5.5''L x 2''H. Each figure in our Prehistoric Life Collection has been approved by archeologist Anthony Beeson, a well-respected expert in paleoimagery. All CollectA models are individually hand crafted to the highest standards and made with the finest and safest phthalate-free, lead-free materials. Brittleburrasaurus
I loved it at first but it didnt last a month. The plastic it's made out of is hard and brittle. My son (who's just 1 1/2) can't even throw anything, yet a foot still broke off when it hit fake hardwood flooring. I still cannot find this guy's foot, and I suppose my sister may have tossed it in one of her compulsive cleaning spells. It's good if you don't plan to give it to children... which as it's a toy is its given purpose. Its also a bit on the small size (which wasnt an issue for me though I was surprised with its size).

Small, but great!
As other people mentioned, this is smaller than most models and than was expected (See pictures). However, it stands up, has a lot of detail, and is adorable!

He expected it to be bigger and was quite disappointed. It also doesn't make sense to have this ...
My son was so so on this one. While it does have some neat detail, it is very small for the actual size of this animal. He expected it to be bigger and was quite disappointed. It also doesn't make sense to have this paticular animal be so tiny

Very nice figure
Good size, appropriate paint job, and exquisitely detailed.

small but good.
It's nicely sculpted and posed, but a bit small sand mine came with one of it's thumb claws broken, it wasn't in the plastic bag that contained it so it must have happened on the original factory.

great dinosaur
Collecta has done a great job on this model of Muttaburrasaurus. This dinosaur was related to Iguanodon and made an appearance in Walking with Dinosaurs. A great addition to any dinosaur lover's collection.
