LG Exalt 2 VN370 Verizon Black

This is an excellent cell phone with many functions available / the Camera & the sound quality are superb / it provides many functions and are easy to access / after having checked all the cell phones in the market place, I chose this phone.

They still support the LG Exalt LTE but NOT the Exalt 2. Don't waste your time buying then trying to get this phone activated - spent over 2 hrs today with Verizon trying to get it done (after I was directed to this phone as a replacement for my mother's broken flip phone by a Verizon rep a few days ago). It's an issue of Verizon eventually discontinuing the "older" network technology that this phone uses (sometime in 2019 is what they said), which means they won't activate any new phones that use this technology. It's too bad because it's a beautiful phone that looked brand new - a 3" large display and big buttons easy enough for a senior to love. Back to get the LG Exalt. Hoping to save someone else the time and frustration :|

Bought to replace original Exalt. Ordered Jun 30, received Jul 3. On Jul 1, Verizon stopped accepting activation of CDMA-network devices. When I tried to activate to replace my Exalt, they informed me that effective Jul 1, they will only accept LTE-networked devices for activation.

the phone showed lots of wear and tear and was heavily used and i would not call this phone in very good condition as listed

Not for loud places

Works fine large buttons and screen thin but not much bigger folded. Easy to hold

I purchased the phone for my stepfather inlaw. He was very happy with the phone. I can't answer those special questions because he has recently passed. One thing I can though, he loved that phone. I would say all of the above would have been answered with good reviews.
