Amazon Essentials Women's Studio Terry Relaxed-Fit Jogger Pant

Let me start by saying I basically live in lounge-wear. Whatevs, judge me if you want. I’m a stay at home mom and I just don’t really care what people think when they see me running errands in comfy clothes. I have two crazy kids and comfy clothes help keep me sane. Moving on.So when I tell you that I know I am a XL in joggers, leggings, sweats, etc. thru and thru, I know what I’m talking about. So far I have yet to find a brand or style that I am anything other than an XL. Enter these amazon basics joggers.Now, my online shopping (which is a lot) lives and dies by reviews. So I read plenty of reviews when buying something and then I always leave a review to give back to the community that helps make my purchases. There were enough people in this listing that said these joggers run big so I sized down to a large. Butter my butt and call me biscuit - they fit perfectly!!! A large fits my very solid sized XL lower half perfectly. (I’m kind inbetween a 14 and 16 for pants size, if that is helpful.)I prefer my joggers to fit a little more form-fitting. No sense adding extra bulk to this frame. I will say tho that if you prefer a little more baggy to stick to your actual size. However, you might find that the waist would be too big, which I would suspect an XL would have been for me.And I literally cannot express their perfectness more. I’m basically 5’5” and the length is great, just a tiny bit of bunching towards my ankles. The material is crazy soft and comfortable. The waist band is thick and helps keeps my mom-pooch in check.I wore them camping straight out of the bag and have since washed and dried them a couple of times and I seriously cannot tell if they shrunk or not so I’m gonna go with no, they did not shrink. They are not see-thru and the perfect balance between warm and lightweight. I fully intended to buy more colors. I can never have enough perfect joggers. Thank you Amazon!!

I really love to wear these around the house. They’re the first pair of lounge pants that I reach for when I see them.First, most importantly, they’re soft. I’m very comfortable in them. The bands around the waist and ankles do not bother me, and I am very prone to sensory issues. I’m almost never comfortable, but these work great for me. The ankle band keeps them from twisting around my leg, but isn’t so tight that I notice it. The seams of the fabric are also flat enough that I don’t notice them often, which is only true for about 1/3 of the pants I own. They’re loose enough to not feel as noticeable as leggings. They’re also tight enough so that they don’t twist around. This will obviously depend on the size you order, but I ordered my expected size and got good results.I also love that the price is low enough that I’m not worried about spilling things on them.So far, they’ve been great. They also do well in the washer/dryer. I will repurchase, and I recommend them.

I like these joggers a lot, but their fit and construction is a bit different than other joggers I have. They are generously sized - I ordered and XL and while I would call them an XL, the waist is large enough that I'm using the drawstring to hold them up vs. the elastic of the waist, and the length is plenty long - the XL's would probably work for somebody up to about 6'1" or so. The cuff at the bottom of the leg isn't loose - the legs taper down to be form fitting at the bottom (hope that makes sense).The pockets are good - I can put a good sized cellphone in them and not fear it dropping.The build is good, and the fabric is nice - it's almost heavy T-shirt material.Overall, I am pleased with the joggers. For some reason they feel to me almost more like pajama bottoms than joggers that I would wear out in public, but that's probably just me - they definitely are good quality and comfortable to wear!

I ordered XS, S, and M.I'm 5'3", 140lbs. Normally wear around a size 8. These pants are well made and comfy. Love the pockets for carrying my phone around the house. The waistbamd is very comfy and works with the drawstring, which is long and flat so you don't feel like a tight string is the only thing holding up your pants. The cuffed ankles helps for length adjustment. They were way too long for me, but since the ankles are like sweatpants, I can fold them up once and push them up.The XS fit like slightly loose leggings. They were comfortable, even around the waist but, for pajamas I like a looser fit. They were just a Little too long, which is to be expected since I'm short.The size Small was comfortable but still a little too snug for pajamas. The pink was also a little see through and made me look huge.The size Medium was just a smidge too loose but very comfortable. Again, way too long, but as you can see in the photos, I can fold and push the legs up and they stay in place. The legs did not ride up while sleeping- which was the main purpose for the purchase.I kept the size Medium and returned the other two.

I love these!! I am 110 lbs/ 5’5” and ordered a small. I love the fit of these. They have extra room and they are not tight on me. I would say they run a little large. I almost ordered a medium (which I would have thought as my size before reading reviews), and that would have been too big. I probably would have been okay getting an extra small (I never wear extra small in anything) and having them a little tighter, although I’m perfectly happy with a little bit of extra room in them. I do feel they look like I didn’t get dressed if I wear them out of the house, but they are beyond perfect for being at home. I wear them every day and will most likely be ordering more. It was important to me that they weren’t made in China, which really limits my options. They are made in Vietnam. I’m very happy with my purchase. I actually dread having to take them off to change or wash them.ETA: I ordered two more pairs in an extra small, and they fit even more perfect. Still some room in them.
