The keyboard probably works, but I got it for avoid ing 2.4Ghz interference, not just for being a regular wireless keyboard. As shown in the picture of the box, the keyboard is clearly on 2.4Ghz band, which is not how this keyboard is advertised. Would see if I can get a refund due to false advertising.

When you plug in the USB, the screen shows "Rapoo 2.4G Wireless Device" or "Rapoo 5.8G Wireless Device" ??

I bought this product around 3-4 years ago with some doubt in my mind as i never heard about this company before. But i was tired of 2.4 Ghz keyboards giving me problem (My computer connected to my TV and i sit on my couch to use it) And i am very happy that i gave it a chance, It's been amazing, i have no miss signals or input problems. And both poor keyboard and mouse had lots of accidents (especially once when a friend of mine stayed with me along with his son and dog) These both items were thrown, step on by 190 pound man. Once my friend little boy was jumping on keyboard i saved it after second jump. All these happened in their one week stay. But this keyboard/mouse set and i survived. And it still works perfectly fine.
