Can't say I've seen any remarkable results. Probably my expectations were set a little too high...after all I will turn 70 this year and have earned my wrinkles. I'll continue with the rest of the capsules and maybe re-write this when I've finished the bottle.

I've seen Phytoceramides talked about a lot on self-help beauty shows but being cautious about what I put in my body and what product to select, led me to do my own homework and going for Phyto-Renew 350 from Natural Health Supplies. Phytoceramides is naturally occurring in your own body but with age you lose the ability to produce as much just like collagen- hence, wrinkles, dark spots, etc. Ceramides we produce are actually identical to the ones found particularly in plants- especially the wheat plant. This natural product helps you boost your ceramide production so after time you should see outward improvement.I'm 41 and lucky not to have any wrinkles yet, however my skin has developed extreme dryness, dark spots from acne and splotch discolorations from my days of playing in the sun as a younger person. Many heavy creams have not done a thing to help so I figured taking something internally is worth a shot as long as it's natural. My experience after a couple weeks of taking this is a slight improvement of my dark spots. I'm going to continue to use it because of the slight improvement and I know fading spots will take time. It's not a miracle, over-night medicine but over time adding this to your diet you should see improvements. DO NOT go under the plastic surgery knife until you've tried this out for a while! I like it for sure. I will know if I love it after at least 30 days.

I’m no stranger to the medi-spa, but when I left my full-time job to grow my blog from home, my income was reduced. Not working.

I suffer from blemishes. My mom use to pop my bumps when I was younger, and that's when all the damage started. Nothing worked, and every time that time of the month came, the spots would get darker. I ordered this product and decided to take it for a few weeks. Here is what I experienced.No side effectsMy skin had a more even tone/less patchiness.My blemishes didn't get darker during that time of the month. I on experienced 1 pimple, which cleared up right after, and it didn't leave a scar.My current blemished have gotten lighter at-least 15%-20%.I suppose if I continue taking this product along with my anti-acne regimen, my spots will continue to lighten.Overall, I am please with this product and look forward to my continued results.

I am so excited about this product. I am mid 50's and ladies you know that's just another phrase for menopause.I have always been told I look way younger than my age until menopause dried my skin out. I'm not that picky about looking perfect but I want to look as young as I can at any age. I noticed I dont hear that phrase anymore so I did my research and decided to try the Phyto Renew. I am starting to see a difference, I dont know if its noticeable to others but I can tell the difference and I have to say it's boosting my confidence too.
