This really does work, after an initial sting of pain on inflamed tissues. I took one star off because the flavor made me think this was what feet must taste like.

As expected....numbed my throat and gag reflexes for some adult fun. Im sure it'll work if I had a doar throat too but the numbing effect doesn't last long so I felt like I got the best coverage by tilting my hesd back, then spraying directly down my throat. Doing so, Gabe more coverage that was almost immediate but more off within minutes.

I had strep really bad and this worked really great. I legit couldn't even swallow it was so painful so this was really helpful!
