I bought this for my mom, we moved her into a 55+ apartment and it is perfect as the apartment is miniature size lol. She is happy with the appearance and quality.

I needed this because my apartment did not come with the microwave. And so I got this, and if it perfectly on my counter and it was the best purchase I could get. It was affordable.

Microwave works fine. It is quieter than my previous microwave. One problem is the plastic coating on the control panel is bubbling and looks scratched. It definitely looks used. I would have returned it but could barely lift it to set on the counter. Check this out before using.

The lock drives my wife crazy. Guess it a “childproof” feature.

Right away, it was just so loud, and the type of noise was unsettling. The door is sticky and annoying- may be bc of this new child-lock rule, but either way feels janky. THEN, it started shutting itself off part way into cooking things- appeared to be bc it was not venting steam at all? The inner walls and door would be completely covered with a ton of water, and would reset itself automatically after wiping it and airing out for a few mins. Plenty of clearance on all sides, so that wasn’t a factor. To be clear, this was not a power issue, as it was on a surge protector which was not flipped, and other items on the same strip were unaffected. This started happening more frequently, and after less time. Troubleshooting tips were unhelpful/irrelevant. I finally got fed up but then found I was only hours past the 30-day return window. My bad for not returning it after the first time it did this, I guess. Later the same day, this scary little nuke box, decided that it would turn itself on for no reason, and just stay on. No buttons will stop it, no time buttons work, except the “add 30 secs” does work the timer, but still doesn’t stop after the timer ends. It’s been unplugged for days now, and every time I try plugging it back it in to check- nope, still just running on its own. This is crazy right?

Perfect little microwave for me. A few comments about other reviews: Some folks complain about low power. Well, it's clearly marked as a 700W microwave, so that's expected. I would argue that the somewhat slower cooking times make for a better overall heating experience, but regardless, if you want faster times, buy a higher wattage oven. This thing heats food up nicely. The added seconds is sort of meaningless even in our fast-paced world. Secondly, about the locking door. The company obviously heard the complaints. So they've added very prominent instructions on how to easily disable the door lock if you don't have kids. If I remember right, the instructions are included on the top of the appliance as you unpack it. I followed the very simple instructions, and have had zero problems. They're almost giving away this thing. Nothing to complain about on my end. Do be aware that if, like me, you microwave pre-cooked rice envelopes, they won't stand up in this small microwave. You have to lay them flat. But that doesn't seem to hurt anything. They still microwave for me in the traditional 90 seconds. You might want to make it 100 seconds and flip it over at 50. That's what I do.

I ordered this model Farberware because the model I had previously wasn't available quickly, and this one was. Plus it was one of the few with a dark interior like I wanted. It's supposed to be 900w like the other model, but it now takes about 6 minutes to pop popcorn in my glass & silicone popper as opposed to about 3-1/2 in the old microwave. I really haven't noticed a difference with other foods. The biggest annoyance, though, is the noise it makes which seems to be from the outside vibrating. It's the noisiest microwave I've ever had. If I had to do it over again, I probably wouldn't buy it.

I needed a replacement for my small microwave, and this one is perfect. Smaller than I measured using the listed dimensions, which is great.

It stopped working 2 months after purchasing. I purchased the additional 2yr warranty. Tried to submit a claim but bc its still within manufacturer warranty I must go through manufacturer except there is no valid phone number for them. All 3 provided redirect to another number and the final number is no longer in service. I've been getting the run around! Don't waste your money!!

it was an okay microwave but I bought in summer 2022 and today it caught on fire. it seems like a metal plate on the inside wore out. so for obvious reasons I would not repurchase

It was supposed to have a rotating glass plate . The triangular groves , themselves set a in triangular configuration under and at the centre of the bottom of the plate did not adhere or fit the turning protruding grommet below. The parts I’m describing are referred to as the “Aro giratorio” and the “Plato giratorio devidrio”.So it couldn’t even begin to work.
