So far so good, I was scared to purchase this as there wasn’t many reviews, but yeah everything seems fine I’ve had it for two days now, oh the only thing negative so far is that the phone heats up when I’m using the camera. I’ll come back in a month to update.

Couple of days in and noticing that the the battery health is decreasing fast, even though I am taking care of the phone. Seems like the battery gets hot for no reason even when I’m on a basic app. The overall phone is alright I guess but the price definitely not worth it. Individual parts were probably cheaper, entirely the phone as a whole wouldn’t even come up to the price I payed.

Very annoyed with this phone that does not work which I purchased as a present.When Apple support were contacted they said that the serial number does not match the phone.I am embarrassed as I only buy from Amazon Prime due to their quality control I didn’t expect to purchase a duff phone.

i was sceptical about buying this at first, but my friend told me she got her phone from here so i should be ok, i read a ton of reviews, seeing the few negative ones i was hope that my phone wouldn’t turn out like theirs. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE at ALLLLL!!the battery life of 85%very minimal scratches (barely noticeable)everything seems to be working just fine.fantastic!! i’m very happy

I was a bit wary of buying a renewed phone especially because of a few critical reviews but I am very happy I did buy this phone. It arrived quickly and looks brand spanking new, not a mark on it anywhere. It was fully charged when I turned it on to set it up. The battery is excellent. It holds the charge and I am only charging it every other day because the charge lasts so long. I had to charge my old iPhone 6s Plus twice a day because the battery was in bad shape after 3 years. In the box was the phone, the charging cable and plug plus some adapters to be able to use any size SIM. I have had it a week now and am loving it. Very glad I only paid £320 instead of £575 for a new one because I honestly can’t tell the difference!

Purchased a refurbed iPhone from Ultimo Electronics under Amazon's renewed guarantee. Fault developed and device returned under guarantee scheme. However the Seller claims that on inspection of internals there is evidence of a previous third party repair and tries to claim I have done this. The phone was of course in the state it was in on delivery -why on earth would I open up the device or pay a third party for a dodgy repair when it's covered by the very guarantee I'm claiming on?! The defective parts and a poor previous repair found by seller on inspection was very much consistent with the fault I was experiencing and had described. Rather than see this as evidence supporting my claim, the seller implied I was lying and refused to replace, repair or refund.However....the good news is that the Amazon renewed guarantee seems solid: Amazon's own customer service rep very quickly resolved the issue when I escalated it. Therefore I would recommend the Amazon backed renewed scheme, just not the particular seller I bought from.

This product was not correct. It had a screen replacement at some point in its refurbishment that did not function correctly. The screen would slip when scrolling. Also didn’t function playing games.I have returned item and seller that has the audacity to say it’s now damaged.I have bought several Renewed phones for my whole family over several years without any issues.AVOID BUYING FROM THIS VENDOR!!!

I waited to review this phone as it was a Christmas present for my hubby so wanted him to get it up and running to see what it was like. So far, so good! No issues at all and would certainly buy from this seller again.
