Not a flush fit, hides stuff great!
The hidden center console organizer doesn’t work perfectly with the ‘22 Tacoma. The pen holder gets in the way of making it a perfect fit. That being said I kept mine and it holds stuff fine.Edit: I keep cash hidden in this container. My truck was broken into and they took everything out of the center console (pens, gum, coins etc.) but they completely missed this part!! I recant my previous review, this is totally worth the investment!

Functional, but some fitment issues.

The bottom edge is covered in VDB tape but it does not attach to anything. I recommend fitting it first, seeing where the tape touches, and leaving any of the red tape plastic where it doesn't touch plastic.- Fit also not very tight. Tolerances can be tough, for sure, but VDB tape was not sticking on all edges.I consider 1-3 stars to be lacking, 4 stars to be average, and 5 to be excellent. This has a nice clasp and enclosure, but that's not quite enough to keep a 4/5 due to the fitment issues compounded with the tape issue. This box is useful, but only if you avoid pitfalls of the tape being exposed. I could overlook that, but it just doesn't quite fit tight enough (like only by 2/10ths of a millimeter) and the tape doesn't attach on all sides, on my 2022 Tacoma. I might add a thin shim the width of a couple playing cards, and that should solve the issue.

Poor Fit/Glue
This is a great idea and I wanted to like it, but sadly, it falls short of my expectations. It fits into the space well enough and the installation is easy. However, the strips to hold it in are not well placed and don't hold it in. When I try to open the lid, the entire thing moves. That doesn't make it very effective! I was looking forward to "hiding" some things and being better organized, but alas, it doesn't work for me. If it fit better, the quality would hold up, but I consider it a bad value.
