It’s an amazingly great quality sleeping bag and is perfectly designed for an unbeatable price.
I’ve never been hammock camping before and all my friends use a traditional sleeping bag in a hammock. When I brought this they were definitely intrigued. I wanna say that neither of us were dissapointed. At first glance I knew this was an excellent product. When I opened the box it came already stuffed in the stuff sack which has straps that tighten to compress the sleeping bag down. It also has a handle on the stuff sack for easy carry. I got it out and fluffed it, as per care instruction, and let it air out for a couple days before I tested it out camping. When I went camping it was around 30 degrees F and I immediately noticed how well this bag insulated and kept me warm. Within seconds of getting in the bag I was already comfortably warm and looking up at the stars. It’s an amazingly great quality sleeping bag and is perfectly designed for an unbeatable price! Was not dissapointed. I didn’t use a rain fly and it kept the dew and moisture off. The inside pockets are big enough to hold a variety of things not just a flash light or cell phone. I was able to put a small change of clothes in the pockets change into the next morning and they were dry and warm. All in all, this sleeping bag can do exactly what it advertises plus some. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Dangerously Insufficient Insulation.
Camping in the mid thirties, I felt a draft all night and thought I must have left the end openings unsecured. By morning I realized it was coming through the bag itself. The morning sun shown through, and I could see there was hardly any insulation, except for a shadowy patch here and there, which was also warm to the touch.I was sick all the next day trying to recover. The company responded saying that the 15F rating was the “survival limit” and that the comfort limit was 32F. They must mean people with another sleeping bag inside it, because another night in the 30s would have killed me.It seems like it's a well designed product. It’s too bad they skimped so much on the insulation.I won’t risk my life with this again. I’m sending it back.

It tore after 30 minutes of use. Poor.
This hammock sleeping bag is really awesome. It's more than I expected. I set up my hammock and put the bag on as instructed got into the hammock/sleeping bag. After about 30 minutes of relaxing, I crawled out. When I went to take it down I noticed a large tear in the bag about 10 inches long and a bunch of down filling had fell out. I don't know how to contact the company I bought it from. I am hoping they see this and reach out to me. At this point I am extremely up set. I spent a bunch of money now and its torn and no good. Please contact me @ [email protected]. so we can fix this issue. Thanks much :-(

Absolutely NOT 0 degree Fahrenheit bags!!!
This is suppose to be a 0 degree bag, I took it camping only to discover that one channel in my bag was almost completely empty, it was about 40F degrees out side and I couldn’t sleep because one side of my body was too cold. It was very frustrating. I used the goose down bag my son used the duck down bag. The duck down bag is stuffed much better and he slept comfortably all night. I seriously doubt these bags would keep you alive at 0 degrees Fahrenheit Maybe at 0 degrees Celsius aka 32 degrees Fahrenheit but even at that I seriously doubt you could sleep much.I now use the bags as foot warmers at the foot of my bed indoors where it never gets any colder than 65 degrees Fahrenheit.I don’t think I’d expect to sleep well in these bags under 50degrees Fahrenheit at least not the goose down bag which is suppose to be the warmer and better one, in my experience it’s not stay away from the more expensive less stuffed goose down the simply do not use enough goose down in these bags to be as effective as they advertise. Absolutely not 0 degree Fahrenheit bags!!!

Lightest, warmest, anything bag EVER!
Got this for winter dry camping from Washington State to Arizona, kind of worried and brought along my down comforter since this new bag is so light and thin compared to my Marmot fiber and REI down bags, but WOW! First night got down to 36 degrees, so I wore wool from head to toe inside the bag plus down comforter over the bag... woke up TOO HOT an hour later. Took off comforter... still too hot! Don't even need socks! Crazy warm bag! Now, I bought on recommendation of a friend saying it gives more room for bigger people because of the extra coveragemeant as a hammock underquilt, so I'm not hammocking, which means when it temps get down to near freezing, I can use the cool drawstring insulated tube in the mummy hood area that is meant for the hammock ropes, as a breathing tube for my mouth and nose! Bonus! Lol. Three weeks on the road with it, now in 85 degree desert, and night temps vary from high 30's to 60 degrees so far. At 65 I can almost get by with no bag.Really well made bag. I recomnend! Will probably replace my dear 40+ year old REI down bag with a second Hyke and Byke.
