The Partanna is freshly produced oil packed immediately after the first pressing, in mid October. It is undecanted, therefore appearing even cloudier and greener, more herbaceous and pizzicante in flavor. Partanna is produced only once a year always is October, and like all genuine olive oil, its appearance in the tin is subject to changes over the passing of a year its flavor becomes gradually mellower. It becomes clearer as the sediments drop to the bottom of the tin and adopts a golden hue. This is the same oil that Asaro family uses every day at home. Buon Appetito!

The Best EVOO
This is by far the best EVOO we have ever used. Bought it before from our Italian Market that is no longer in business and are thrilled that it is offered on Amazon. Beautiful color excellent taste the best!!!!!!!!

This is a pretty good tasting olive oil at a pretty good price. I buy the big tin (3 L). I have seen it included on lists of good quality olive oils.

Not what I expected
It has no flavor really. The flavor is not what I am used to. No peppery taste not fruity taste just real bland. I'm cooking with it but won't use it on bread.

Just Love It Very Much
We are at our 5th 3 liter in 2 yrs. How it all stated, We were at a Restaurant in Belmont,Mass.They served the Oil with Italin bread. So I called the restaurant ,they gave me the name of the Oil. Just Love It Very Much.
