Wrong voltage for location
The item sold and supplied was 120v. We use 240v in the UAE. Check before you buy. The description was inaccurate.

I gave my old one to a friend of mine . Upgraded to this model , so far I love it . Has a few more features that the other model didn’t. It seems to charge faster also , so far very pleased with the product , would recommend highly

Everything is fine, but the product description does not say that it is only designed for an American 120 volt electrical network and cannot be used in the UK. I have to return it.
