Worth a go, if you have a common sense approach to weight loss!!!
Look, lets be honest, this isn't a miracle fat loss or muscle building powder, what it is, is a great tool for helping both... Firstly, the calories in each serving that are being bounded around are misleading and in some cases incorrect. The exact amount of calories advertised of just under 200 kcal are right, IF, mixed with water. By mixing with milk, you obviously add 50 kcals for every 100ml of semi-skimmed milk you use - the shakes okay with water, but doesn't keep you filled from breakfast to lunch, so for this you need the milk - 400ml of milk with a standard serving kept me easily filled from 07:00 - 13:00, so pretty good, but this makes the whole shake around the 400 kal mark, which isn't too bad. You can do better though with something as simple as Beef Jerky, which is much tastier, has less kcals and a lot more protein, which in turn keeps you fuller for longer and builds muscle better, however, it does work out more expensive in the long run. The protein levels in this shake are not bad, they are not going to bulk you up, but they will help keep your protein levels up if part of a protein-rich diet. I have lost 2 stone 3lbs in 9 weeks (that 68 kg), I have done this very easily by counting calories (generally eating 750 - 1600 kcals a day, but averaging around the 1250 mark) and working out 3-4 days a week for around an hour, simply using the Wii Fit (jogging and hula-hoop are best) and Nike+ Trainer on the Xbox (25 mins at a time). I use this shake as and when I feel like it as part of a balanced diet... using it twice a day as most people seem to recommend gets boring - 5-7 times a week (usually for breakfast as its fast to make) is the average. If you want to use it this way, I would highly recommend it and am just purchasing my second box now, but do not buy thinking that you can swap for food and weight will just drop off or muscle will just build... THERE IS NO PRODUCT ON THE MARKET THAT DOES THIS!!! This product is good though, so if you have a common sense approach to weight loss, use it!!! I was delivered fast, tastes good (great with milk) and does work... Goodluck :)

Taste + Results = much better than expected.
I bought this about three weeks ago. I started off using it for 'snacking' throughout the day. Because I could just mix one up and have a few gulps and it would satisfy my belly. But I have started having it as meal replacement for breakfast and sometimes lunch, because it is so filling and stops me feeling hungry - which nothing ever has before!! lol.The taste is quite nice. The first one I made did have a 'sweetner' aftertaste, but I don't notice it anymore. Each shake, using two scops is 195 calories, so I have been counting it into my 1200 (give or take) calories a day, and have lost 3.5 lbs in 3 weeks. Sometimes I just use one scoop. But 2 scoops in 300ml water makes a nice thick shake. I'm really pleased because I don't feel like I have deprived myself of anything. Over the three weeks I have still had a pub dinner and a chinese take away, and I have scoffed loads of chocolate this weekend as it was easter lol. So to say I have lost 3.5 lbs I am pretty chuffed.I originally ordered the 1kg on 15/3/2013, I noticed this morning I probably only have another couple of days worth so I have just ordered the 2kg. I use the PhD mixball shaker which really knocks out the lumps and makes a nice thick shake. PhD Nutrition Mixball Shaker I use the 'Femme' one which is smaller, but this bigger one is cheaper at the moment. I will stick with the Strawberry flavour as I quite like it now. I can see me having this for breakfast for the forseeable future.***UPDATE 25/5/13***Still using the Dietfuel as meal replacement most days for breakfast, and some days for lunch too. Have now lost 8lbs since 15/3/13. I'm finding it really really easy, the cravings for bad food are very few now, I used to be a chocoaholic but I hardly think about it now. I still have the odd 'treat' meal every week at the pub or takeaway. I suppose if I stopped this completely I would lose more weight faster, but I only have about another 5 or 6 lbs I want to lose and I'm in no hurry.I have just ordered another 2kg strawberry and a 1kg choc to try. Not as keen on the choc as the strawberry, but I might try adding a spoon of cocoa powder or vanilla essence or something. Extra cals I know, but I'm not following a strict diet anyway.I will continue to use Dietfuel even after I've reached my target weight, as it seems to really be changing how I eat, and fills me up really well. I never considered myself to be overweight or I suppose I was just trying to hide from the actual truth. The reality for me was that I found I couldn't fit into any nice new clothes because they just looked awful on me so I ended up wearing old baggy clothes which isn't the ideal look I wanted when going out with friends or for a meal and then when my children started referring to me as 'Daddy Pig' from the pepper pig cartoon (if you got children you will understand), I thought I've seriously got to do something but my weakness has always been food!!A friend of mine suggested the USN product to me (I was very sceptical) and told me just to stick to the plan of a shake in the morning and a shake for lunch and then a regular meal in the evening. I started my quest at the end of January weighing in at 14st 4lbs, this week (28/03/14) I now weigh 13st 3lbs and feel amazing!!! My target weight is 12st 8lbs which I am confident I will reach by end of April before summer time.I took this challenge to lose weight a step further and joined my local gym which I have been attending 3 times a week mixing up high intensity cardio and free weights too.The highlight for me right now is that I can fit into new fashionable clothes, my wife and children say that I look so different now as my body appears to be more leaner with the added bonus of some muscles from the gym.My recommendation is if you are serious about losing weight and diets aren't for you then try this out and stick to it - you'll be amazed by the results, do try and get to the gym as well as you will find this will help shape your body too. I forgot to mention that I only stick to this regime during the week (mon-fri), on the weekends is my time off to have a few drinks and a takeaway..!!
