All locks came keyed the same, worked great in my US General series 3 tool boxes and my new Matco box. Installed and works great.

These are pretty sturdy and a great value. I use them to change the locks on my camper since the manufacturer only uses a very slim amount of combinations.

I have a network cabinet for which I lost the key to, I was able to pick the old flat key lock and these locks are nearly perfect for my installation. The only thing I wish was that they came with more cam options because my old lock had a hook style cam with an 8 pointed star lug pattern. I was able to get it working on this lock by using two M8 locking washers on either side of the cam; however, a hook cam designed to fit the shaft on this lock would have been a better solution as my current solution leaves the lock vulnerable to brute force. The only other complaint I have is that the threads on the lock shaft are weak and I was able to strip them on one of the two locks with very little effort while putting the locking nut on. This made one of the two locks completely unusable for me as now the locking nut won't go back on the shaft and neither will any other nuts that I have found. That point alone has me lower my rating to a 4 instead of a 5, otherwise, great locks for the value.

I have a Harbor Freight US General toolbox that the lock somehow got jammed in a position between locked and unlocked and you could not put the key in to turn it because the slots wouldn't align. I ordered a replacement lock only to find out it wouldn't work because the two slots were positioned at 90°, my box needed a lock that would turn 180° to unlock. I found one that worked but it only had 1 slot so you couldn't remove the key unless it was in the locked position. This lock did the trick, 2 slots at 180° allowing the key to be removed when the box is in either the locked or unlocked positions. Installing it was fairly easy once I got the rod to line up just right. The only issue I had was tightening the locknut, my old lock was held in place with a spring clip, this one has a nut that is hard to turn when the rod is in place because you can't use a socket. You could tighten it with a socket before connecting the rod, but when you do that, you cant get the rod to go through the hole without having some wiggle room. There's also not much room for a wrench to turn the nut. I got it hand tight then used a punch and hammer to turn it until it was snug.

I'm only giving this three stars because it's a two pack and one of them the shaft stripped out and wouldn't tighten pretty quickly. Also the overall size is a little off and I had to file out the hole from the existing lock to get this to fit. Overall it does what I need and replaces the 90° lock in a lock box I keep in my truck. It is an inexpensive fix that will last long enough for me to buy a more permanent new lock box. I was going to use the other lock that stripped for a different vehicle's lock box so I could have the same key for both vehicles.

This company is the best, I ordered 4 90 degree and 1 180 degree lock and key combo for my Us General cart and tool boxes and they all came with the same key code and I didn't even ask them! They fit perfectly and function well I only had to modify one Arm to fit my cart cause it was square cut originally.

I usually don't write reviews, but due to my experience with these locks and this vendor, I had to make an exception.About a year ago I bought a new set of US General tool boxes. There were 8 locks in total and each lock used a different key. I wanted to key all of these boxes alike, but wasn't sure where to start. I found a forum on line that led me to a Youtube video that recommended this seller and these locks. I wrote the seller and explained what I wanted. He told me to place my order and then email him and he would make sure that they were all keyed alike.Well, guess what? I got exactly what I ordered. I was and still am very happy with my choice of seller and product. The locks are well made, are easy to install, and look great. The quality is A+.1 year later I bought a tool cart with drawers and a top and it had 1 lock. I wrote this seller again, and told him what I wanted to do. He again told me to place my order and then email him and he would make sure that these locks would be keyed the same as the first set.Again, I got exactly what I ordered. Now I'm super happy.It is refreshing to find a seller that has the honesty and integrity to go the extra mile for his customers. Needless to say, if I need more locks, this is where I will buy them.

Used to replaced the defective key locks for the rifle cabinet and fits perfectly without modification. Comes in a package of two which is half the price of one of the original. Delivery was ahead of time expected.

Below average quality at best. I ordered a set a while back, it was missing a nut for installation. Then, I ordered a second set not too long ago, I barely manage to install it without stripping the tread ( I use to be a automotive technician...). After that, I realised that I could open both ordered sets with the same key. I'm not very impressed.
