Should it be somehow sealed? The external package or bottle?

The bottle has a cap and when you use it, they've supplied a top that you open whenever you use it. The external package is sealed with a circle of tape. Not sure if this is what you're looking for.

Why does it show cat on box of 60 ml and instructions say about administrating to cats? Do you have to use 180ml for dogs, or are both same?

It's all the same strength. Just that 60mls is a months worth for a 4kg cat, but for a dog would only last about a week so would need 180mls to last a month. since most meds are for a month only the cat featured.

How do you store it? Is the fridge acceptable? Or just out on the counter?

The packaging say's "Store in a dry place at room temperature. Once open, use within 6 months."
