Great product!
Pain in the butt to clean. But well worth the money!Be very careful in making sure there is no excessive oil in the filter. Any oil gets on your O2 sensor and you will be paying hundreds of dollars in someone taking your engine apart to wipe the excessive oil off the sensor.Wont damage your vehicle, just your engine light will come on, and stay on till the O2 sensor is wiped of the excess oil.

Good
Fit perfect on a 2004 sequoia limited 4.8L v8 filter quality is great you can’t go wrong with a k&n washable filter, can’t really speak on adding HP I don’t feel noticeable difference from my previous generic filter only plus from this one it’s that I’m able to clean it and reuse it

A must have
Still going strong after 3 years on both vehicles. Every oil change just clean, rinse, and repeat

Great Air Filter!
I installed the reusable air filter in my 1995 Del Sol Si and 2002 Toyota Tundra 4.7 SR5. Works and fits perfectly!! Thank you!!

So far so good
Amazon directed me to exact filter for my '06 Tundra, fits just right. One of easiest things to put in engine yourself. Seems to work great, had at least a month. Switched to K&N reusable as part of DYI oil change, and sparkplug change (with a buddy's help). Engine seems to run more smoothly. Can only give 4 stars right now because more time will tell, but people I tell say good choice. Want to see if truly provides more horsepower and/or better gas mileage. Satisfied knowing that now I won't need anyone to charge me at least what I paid for K&N, and then some, to put in standard replacement paper filter.

First time fit!
You can tell this is a quality product soon as it is pulled out of the box. I highly recommend this filter!

motor runs better, has higher performance on take off and acceleration
It changed my take off and throttle position, noticeably. Performed fuel consumption check for any increase in fuel economy and was not noticeable but indicated a (1) MPG increase. It just "breaths" better and the engine runs "smoother" and seems like less strain on the motor when accelerating, over paper filter previously in use.Has a listed "recharge" service of 50,000 miles, but it is based on a periodic visual inspection. Recharge (cleaning and servicing) kit is reasonably priced, and easy to use, but would not expect the common user/customer to service this filter, as it would require basic mechanical skills and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Has a "lifetime" or 1,000,000 mile warranty for normal use.K&N has kits to remove the "stock" filter box allowing for higher airflow and performance, and are much more expensive than this "direct replacement" filter, which validate this product rating as adequate for stock/normal conditions, with the flow (CFM) or performance increase listed on the K&N Engineering website.I just know this filter works, would buy it again, and recommend this product as a good value.

Don't do it. Oil fouled up my MAF sensor.
Bought for my 06 sequoia. I've never had this problem before with any filters. This filter has a ton of oil on it. That oil comes off and can ruin your MAF sensor. Since I installed it I've had to clean my MAF sensor every 50 miles because it would start throwing a lean code again. My mechanic also confirmed that this was likely the issue when I took it in to get checked (no vacuum leaks or any other problems).I've since replaced it with an OEM filter and the issue is gone (for now). However I was told by my mechanic that this is a common problem caused by oiled filters, and that it may have permanently ruined the attached filter on my upper air box (which is a $277 part!!!) since the oil probably got into that as well. Now I'm going to have to clean my MAF sensor very frequently or replace a very expensive part.So needless to say I am very unhappy and regret purchasing this. I will be sticking with OEM paper filters from now on.
