It feels nice and it looks beautiful until you sit down. It is hard as hell and very uncomfortable. It also has this weird lumbar pad that feels like a bag of bricks and you also cannot remove it, so when you recline all you feel is pressure in the small of your back.It’s also deceptively small. It looks like a standard chair in the product page but once you build it, it’s child like.When I asked for a refund cause it’s terrible, the seller said “you can always check the specifics on our page. If you want to send it back we will take $30 out of your refund or we will give you $20 to keep it.”Basically they know it’s crap and don’t want it back either. Buyer beware.

I got this chair for my 12 year old daughter who loves gaming. She was using an office chair and seemed fidgety and uncomfortable. So, I looked around and came across this chair. BINGO! Right on the money. Not expensive, easy to assemble, and most importantly, my girl is comfy and happy. Happy Mama here! By the way, if you think you are missing pieces, check the entire box. We were missing an arm slider metal piece, and it had fallen out into the boxing. We checked the box in recycling, and there it was. DO NOT THROW AWAY BOX UNTIL YOU CHECK IT ALL FOR PIECES THAT HAVE SHIFTED AND FALLEN!

The back of this chair is stiff and uncomfortable. The lumbar and "head" cushions are far, far too stiff and thick. The chair is overall too small. The screws for attaching the wings were not included. Homall has not responded to my first refund request that I made a week ago. I'm convinced that many of the reviews here are fake.DO NOT BUY THIS.

Its a bit smaller than expected but good quality for the price- minus the shipping cost! My grandson has a spinal issue and cannot get off the typical low sitting children game chairs. This one is perfect. My grandson said the lumbar is uncomfortable sitting up but is great when it reclines. The material is good quality and I could not be happier for the price. The seller refuse to respond to the question about the missing instructions for the head rest. Also I found this chair on a web search that said free delivery. When I clicked the link it went to Amazon and a $30 delivery. I am happy with the chair but the seller is a one star seller. Really unhappy with the additional price of shipping. I ordered two chairs so the price went up by 60. They should not advertise free shipping if they its not free!

For the money I paid i can't complain much. However, the stands you screw in on the bottom of the chair were not good at all. Mines did not go all the way through on all 4 hole locations. They all got stuck at some point leaving about 3/4" of space between stand and chair. Unfortunately, we just left all four stands like that because one of them broke away from the bolt so we couldn't unscrew it anymore.The price justifies the quality. But I would recommend getting this as a guest/visitor chair to put in your roomI'm 5"6Comfy-ness: 8/10 (as a visitor) because I can't see myself using this an a gaming chair.

Super happy about this chair. Got this cause I need surgery soon and want the comfort ofSleeping in my room. Was easy to put together & super comfy.Only issue is the one side won’t go down all the way to to rust on one of the rails. Other than that, no issue.

Got this chair to match my computer room. Wife wanted a chair to sit in room while i'm on the computer. She love the chair. Real comfortable. Fits her perfect. I'm 6'2" so its a bit small for me. Over all easy to put together. Was shipped with no damage.
