Works great, sure beats handling those 5 gal water jugs. Hooked up to a reverse osmosis system with about 12 foot of 1/4 water line which would hammer for a few seconds when water cooler would finish filling after use. Took care of water hammering by closing the in line water valve about half way to restrict the flow of water.

Two Months in, we love it.
We put this in the kid's part of our gym, partially because it does not have a heated water side to worry about with kids. That was about two months ago, and I have to tell you everyone loves the thing so far. Easy to install, partially because we were taking another unit out with similar plumbing, it's quiet and keeps the water cold, and no extra drips.

Great Cooler! Super Quiet!
Been using this for about 2 months now. We had a whole-house water filtration system installed in our home, but still wanted the chilled water we used to have with bottled-water delivery. This fit the bill perfectly. Works excellent- super quiet too!
