Frcem Primary: All-In-One Notes (2018 Edition, Full Colour)

I got this after it was recommended to me by an ST3 in my ED. I would recommend it with a warning... these are Moussa Issa's FRCEM revision notes in printed form, so they're not perfect - whilst they're understandable they are full of typos, grammatical errors and even some factual errors. So please don't buy this expecting something perfect. My biggest criticism is that the practice questions are not accompanied by explanations of what is the correct answer and why; also bizarrely life support stuff is based on American ACLS rather than UK ALS! The true/false question format is also not true to FRCEM format. So for questions I'd advise using a question bank not this book. Tons of room for improvement but, despite the flaws, these all-in-one notes are just what I needed to cover the Primary curriculum rapidly. 4 stars because there aren't many all-in-one note alternatives to compete with. Well done and thanks for producing this Dr Issa!

Horrible book, not mapped to syllabus, loads of errors
I am an ED Consultant finally doing my CESR, and bought the expensive version of this book to help revise. Sadly, it's the absolute worst book you can buy for FRCEM Primary. Masses of stuff not in curriculum, poorly presented information, chock full of typos and quite a few factual errors, especially in the suggested true/false answers to the old style questions included. Stick with FRCEM Success on-line question bank (which is wonderful and has notes which cover all you will need to know in syllabus mapped sections), RCEM Learning (over 100 questions in five practice papers), and the Bromley Emergency revision course. This book is truly horrible.
