Bought this because I have somewhat elevated blood pressure, and still wanted something to help put some pep in the step in the gym. Right around the 20 minute mark I got that familiar skin tingle sensation in my face. Once I got moving it felt like it really delivered a clean, level boost of energy. There wasn’t that huge burst at the beginning, but I do feel that it helped through my entire workout, wearing off around two hour mark. Happy I bought it. Would purchase again. Oh and it tastes decent. 5 stars

Amazing taste. No caffeine so its good for people who lift at night. Great pumps from this pre workout. 20$ price point cant be beat for preworkout

Dials in focus like no other and is probably the best tasting pre-workout catalyst i’ve ever used. The ingredients are solid, and this can be stacked with almost any other stimulant pre-workout out there. Doesn’t give any extra energy since it’s stim-free but does what it says it will do. The pumps are nasty and veins are likely to happen. My only gripe is that it gives me chest pain and a headache almost immediately after taking it. Worth it though — no pain no gain. Perfect for plumping up my succulent muscle fruits before hitting the beach.

I drink it before walking and calisthenics. Keeps my head in the game so to speak. No jitters mixes well with a few shakes of the bottle. Taste and smells pretty good, worth the money I've tried most of the reasonably priced ones and for sugar free I settled on the punch and the berry.
