I have 2 of these since my wife loved mine so I got another. Almost year after my 2nd one it failed suddenly. I contacted support through their web page. They responded promptly and worked with me to trouble shoot. I sent a video of it not working and they sent a replacement unit. No problem they are very friendly nice folks. I would definitely recommend this product and the company.

Works very well, but the only concern about it is that it is slightly heavy.

This power bank stores a decent amount of power and has no problem being plugged into the USB port in the front console compartment (the abyss) and slowly charge its way up to 100% ready to charge up any devices that need it. In fact, one day I forgot my power adapter for my MacBook Pro and I was able to power the laptop and bring it's charge back up to 80% in the 45 minutes that I had it plugged in. I haven't owned a power bank that can power a MacBook Pro before, so I was quite impressed and glad I had it in the car.My first unit was defective so I thought it wasn't going to work (didn't charge when plugged into the car). It turns out that the unit just wasn't charging anywhere. Zendure was super responsive and helped me troubleshoot the device and when it was clear that the charging problem was universal, promptly shipped me another unit that worked like a charm. Simply plug in the USB-C and it started charging. No problem at all. I haven't tried any of the other capabilities like the hub mode or the X-Charge mode (I'm not sure why small devices need a special charging mode), but it's basic features of being able to be plugged in continuously in the Model 3 and ability to charge other devices rapidly as well as power a full on laptop, has me sold.Oh, one more thing, if you are in a hurry and need to fully charge the Zendure X6, you can plug it into a big charger... like a laptop power supply, and it charges up quite fast. It gets warm though, so maybe do this sparingly.

I bought this after doing a lot of research into the options. On paper, this was the perfect battery pack, other than it being a little chunky. Once it arrived, I put about 10 total discharge, charge cycles into over a few week period and noticed that it was not giving me the same capacity that I was getting from existing smaller battery packs I already had. Curious if it was just a fluke, I spend a few days doing a few more cycles using two different usb amp/hr meters I have and was consistently only getting about 9,500 mAh/hours out of the battery. I tried both low drain recharging of cell phones, as well as high drain recharging of my usb c laptop and was consistently getting 8,000 - 10,000 mAh of total power. I am aware that the power rating of all batteries is generally inflated as some energy is lost in the inefficiencies of voltage conversion, etc... though this is only about half of their stated rating which is a big problem. Especially given the size and weight of the thing.So I went to their website as the return period had ended through Amazon, with the hopes of having them repair it under warranty or swap it with another one (with the assumption that I just got a bad copy of an otherwise good product). Of course there is no support phone number listed, so I filled out the support form on their site, submitted it, and waited 2 weeks. No response. I then do this again and wait another week, no response. 3rd try, I google around and find a direct email for their tech support, and hoping that they just don't have someone checking the forms, that they might reply to an email. No response again. BE WARNED THAT YOU WILL GET ZERO TECH SUPPORT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU BUY FROM THEM.Finally, I decide that I have to just live with this flawed product, and perhaps foolishly, decided to buy another one, same model, from Amazon as the features are solid on paper and I thought what were the chances I would get another bad product from them. It arrives and I proceed to test it again and still the same 9,000-10,000 mAh real world capacity from a product advertised as 20,000 mAh. Fortunately I was still in the return period from Amazon so back it went.It's too bad as I really wanted to like this battery. Some give it good reviews and I wonder if they just don't realize that they are getting a lower capacity than what they have been sold... Who knows. Buyer beware on this one.

I've been a strong supporter for Zendure since their Kickstarter programs all those years ago. Their customer service has been exceptional.This is my latest addition of powerbanks and it's a solid product, Although Zendure has transferred to plastic, it still feels durable and along with the weight makes it feel like a premium product. It is heavy, yes but a few grams lighter than my Anker which has 500mAh less. Capacity comes at a cost so this was to be expected.It adds hours to my MacBook Pro (Late 2017 edition) when I use it to stream videos through Plex as a sort of media server.The Usb hub feature is alsoa pretty neat addition too. I can see how someone who has ultrabooks with just usb C ports finding this feature very convenient. Just bear in mind it's USB 2.0, not 3.0, in terms of transfer speed as in 480Mbps. Still very useful for external mice and keyboards or even sd card readers.To summarize, this thing quick charges all of my Apple products as well as my Galaxy S9 and still has power to spare at times. I don't need to carry multiple powrbanks anymore and that alone makes me want to recommend it. It also has other features like Quick charge 3.0 and low power mode for smart watches and other similar devices. A truly on in all portable charger I guess.I Love it!

After reading a couple of reviews indicating the capacity remaining display is inaccurate, I decided to test this.I attached a constant USB load of 2A (at 5v) to the QC 3 compatible port and noted reading per hour:-1h = 84% = 9.89Wh2h = 68% = 19.86Wh3h = 52% = 29.93Wh4h = 36% = 39.98Wh5h = 20% = 49.9Wh6h = 3% = 59.9WhFrom the above.1) The capacity remaining display is linear and accurate, note the 16% capacity drop per hour (17% for the last one)2) The Wh extracted with 3% left is very good (extrapolated to 61.75 for 0% left), you will NOT get the 74.37Wh as specified (because that's at the internal battery voltage of 3.7v), but the output is set to 5v (due to the tester not negotiating higher sink levels)From my understanding, the USB pass-through charging can only be for the USB-A ports, since it need the USB-C port as input to charge the power bank.Overall, an impressive piece of kit!

Habe mich für diese powerbank entschieden da diese einen Ausgang von 45watt besitzt und damit mein macbook pro Laden kann. Das macht sie auch recht gut eine volle Ladung ist mit dieser powerbank möglich über den 45w Ausgang. Was mir auch wichtig war ist das die powerbank sich schnell wieder aufladen lässt und mit 3 Stunden für eine volle Ladung ist diese auch völlig zufriedenstellend. Der hub Modus der powerbank Funktioniert einwandfrei und kann recht nützlich sein wenn man keine Adapter oder Steckplätze mehr am macbook frei hat. 1 Stern Abzug da das mitgelieferte Kabel durch ein Wackelkontakt nicht zu gebrauchen war, was schade ist weil dieses Kabel sehr hochwertig und funktional war, ich nehme aber an das es nur ne Ausnahme bei mir war.. für eine volle Aufladung meines s9+ werden knapp 20 Prozent verbraucht, und bietet somit also die Möglichkeit noch mehrmals aufgeladen zu werden. Der Preis ist recht hoch für eine powerbank mit dieser Kapazität aber sie ist das Geld Wert.

I received today and let the power drain what was already inside. Came with around 35% charge. Drained this charge then charged with the cable it came with and was charging power bank pretty slow. So I decided to charge it with my 61W Mac laptop power as shown in photos. And I’m super impressed it’s fully re charged the power bank within under 2 hours.35% charge charged my Mac book pro up 20% however it’s mainly going to be used for my iPhone and smaller bits.I have the white one and love the colour and design, it’s lighter than I expected and nice and small. I prefer a block over a long power bank.Hope this review helped.
