I really wanted to like this product because I love matcha, but i did not enjoy these at all. The ginger is so strong that it burns the back of my throat, the sprinkles don't dissolve all the way which leaves a sludge in the bottom of the cup, and two of my sprinkle packets were empty! I also did not notice when i purchased this from amazon that it isn't eligible for return, so now I'm stuck with it. I hate to leave a negative review because i love the idea, but these just didn't work out for me.

This tea is wonderful. It tastes great. Suggestion for those who purchase the tea..stir throughout because it does settle on the bottom which is not unusual, and is no big deal. I’ll be a repeat buyer.

The description on this states that it's supposed to dissolve into the water but it never does. Some of it sits on top but most of it is at the bottom; you have to constantly mix the "tea" before every sip. I admit that it has an OK flavor but the cinnamon is a bit overpowering. I don't taste rose hips or hibiscus, only slight cherry and lots of cinnamon. I wanted to try something new and I love that this is good for the skin, but I won't purchase this again.

After I bought this I went on the site to read and this is an exact quote "Where are there tea leaves in my cup" this company is supposed to be woman owned in CA. I call bull on this because that is piss poor english. It should've read " Why is there tea leaves in the bottom of my cup". When I saw this I let them know of the bad grammar and funny thing...they haven't asked me to rate their product. 🤷🏼‍♀️This is my observation is all. The tea it's self isn't worth the $10.00 a box. I'm sticking with me Yogi tea. Have a wonderful day.

I wish I had read more reviews before my purchase. I have tried several cups and it doesn’t dissolve. Even if I continue to stir before each sip, there is sediment on the sides, top and bottom of the cup, and unfortunately in my mouth. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the flavor is good.Update: I added another star because the company reached out to me graciously to see how they could help, which they did. I would definitely try other products since their customer service was wonderful.

I am a tea drinker, and I usually like a loose tea in a tea ball. I decided to try this because the ingredients looked good/clean, and it's inconvenient to use a tea ball at work. This is so good, and I keep re-purchasing. I tried a different blend with ginger and lemon, but this one is my favorite. My only complaint is that the sprinkles do not completely dissolve, and if you accidentally drink down to the bottom, the sprinkles are very chalky. I can often get 40 oz of tea out of one packet.

This product is really delicious but hard to drink. I recommend mixing it in a cup with honey and then adding hot water. Otherwise, you'll end your delicious tea experience gagging on sediment.
