My husband starting taking this and seems to have lost 5 pounds fairly quickly but it has not been a fair assessment as he went from sitting around the house everyday to working on his feet, long hours every day. My only complaint was the price of shipping. He didn’t pay attention and thought it was coming prime. Instead we paid almost $10 for shipping. Really? $10? For a tiny little bottle. I don’t feel like that was justified at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I like this product. I was a bit nervous due to similar product reviews but it turns out I didn't have anything to worry about. I didn't experience any stomach pain, heartburn, headaches or nausea. I did however notice significant inch loss in 2 weeks! They are easy to swallow and they don't leave an aftertaste. I am so excited about the results and the only con in my opinion is the price.

*************Edit: I didn't write this review until AFTER my 2nd month/bottle of trying this product, & my 3rd round was ordered******************I purchased this product specifically for joint pain, and not for any of the other items mentioned it may/may not help with.I have suffered from knee discomfort for several years, there have been days where it was crippling. Despite x-rays and trips to the doctor, it has been written off as bursitis, and sent on my way with no relief.I've only recently been told about capsaicin alleviating joint pain, so I took a chance on Capsimax. Within the first 2 days of taking it, my knee pain did a 180! I couldn't be more happy with these results! It 100% did what I bought it for. I can tell there are days when I'm sure the pain wants to radiate more, and I sense this because there's an odd sensation in my knees, but it's not pain, so I have to assume that's the capsaicin keeping any would be pain at bay.Other things I will say: 1) I wouldn't buy this for weight loss, as this is not a side effect I've seen while taking it for my knees. 2) I wouldn't buy this for boosts of energy, as this is not a side effect I've seen while taking it for my knees.I feel inclined to rate this at maybe 4 stars due to the quantity of capsules you get for the price, but am keeping it at 5 stars because it has been 100% effective alleviating my knee pain.

This is my first time taking capsaicin capsules. So far I like them. I feel a boost in energy and I don’t het any overwhelming taste or heartburn like I’ve read in reviews of similar product.

Didnt care for the taste gave me heartburn. Yuck

I liked that this product did not make me feel hot or jittery like others.

Liked it in time release capsule.
