It just works
You would think the replacement part from the original manufacturer would fix the problem, but you would be wrong. Everybody recommends this one and for a good reason. My original was dead. The facory replacement would lite but only for a few seconds. I replaced the ignitor/flame sensor with no change. Replaced the replacement with this one and it's all good. This one also has LED lights to let you know what's going on. Yes it's more expensive, yes it's worth it. It was just plug and play for me. Didn't need to adjust jumpers or connections. Great product.

USA made, USA quality!
This is the one. I turned on the gas hot water heater and it was burning before I could even get out by the water heater. Marvelous product! Do NOT BUY the cheap chinese one. it will fail.

A common sense replacement for an Atwood hot water heater!
The quality far surpasses the CCP junk that came with the RV. I was having an issue with both the propane and electric firing no matter which option was selected. A waste of money to run propane plugged in at a campground. The Dinosaur UIB64 was easy to install and worked without any headaches. 5 minutes. I used to work in HVAC yet a toddler could probably do this swap. It came with instructions, adapter plate, screws, nuts, and a plastic cover. Tip: The wires need to have a 90 degree fold pretty close to the connector. I suggest forming this bend before connecting to the board to avoid cracking or breaking components.

Easiest repair I've made on the RV...
When you buy an RV, you sign on to becoming a Mechanic, Electrician, and a plumber. Once again, I found myself needing to make a RV repair and leveraging my multi-hat skills. This time, it was replacing the Ignition Board for my Dometic water heater. The part I was replacing was P/N 91346. I researched the forums, and found the community pointing me to this replacement board by Dinosaur Electronics. I was excited to see that it was Made in the USA, and that it was not sealed with silicone (meaning I could repair it later if needed). Most forum users expressed displeasure with an OEM replacement, saying that their replacements failed within weeks to months. So, I thought I would give this product a shot. This was the fastest part swap that I have performed on an RV. The only setback I had was the placement of the bolt holes. While they are the same centerline as the original, the board was wider and was therefore too close to the casing of the water heater. Drilled two new mounting holes to shift it over, and reused the self taping screws from the original. When I flipped the switch to power the unit, it fired instantly (no delay) and within 7 minutes I had hot water.Great product, easy install, and looking forward to moving on down the road with hot showers.

A solid replacement for the failure prone stock Ignitor Board
My 6 months since-new Open Range 5th wheel suffered the same fate as many of the Atwood/Dometic factory ignitor board failures. My particular unit is the Dual AC/Propane model. the propane ignition portion worked a full week before it could no longer spark. The remainder of the heater functioned well. I tried all the factory suggested remedies of pulling and cleaning and reseating connectors, The problem is the poor component quality fo the atwood sealed board.Yes; I could tote my 41 foot long coach to a dealer, wait for the weeks it takes to look at it, and come the the same conclusion, only to get a new board that according to the dealer himself is no less prone to dying than the original. So I just purchase this one based upon the use and reviews of many others in web forums.Time will tell but the board works perfectly, installs quite easily( slightly harder than changing a light bulb) and is clearly documented. I am knowledgeable about electronics and I can see that the components are well made and seem to be made for the job.Note also that Atwood/Domestic refuse to warrant the original board (direct to me the owner) even though its obviously failed internally as built. The factory unit is completely sealed in epoxy, and has only a fuse to service (which is of course not blown) Atwood should take ownership of this issue and handle such claims direct with owners under the warranty period. Requiring dealer service is just.. well... not good customer service.Kudos to Dinosaur for the solution.
