I got this product and after turning it on it sparked and made lots of noise. Refund date passed so I called the customer care. They sent the service engineer to check and the motor was bad. I only used it twice with difficulty only to find the new products motor was bad.

The middle jar’s handle is loose, raising concerns about durability. There are noticeable scratches on both the mixer and the jars. Overall, the product quality is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. There is water mark inside the mixer and this is used item clearly. Stay away.
