very useful for Dell Vostro 3470
I got this to clone my Dell Vostro 3470 1TB to a 4TB drive and it worked perfectly. It has a hard drive dual power cable as well as an additional SATA data cable that is necessary for cloning a drive. A bit pricey but so useful that I highly recommend it.

Dual SATA Power cable - Works for Dell Inspiron 3650
The item was advertised as being new. It was not.. You could clearly see the dust build up on the cables and can also smell perfume on it, so clearly it had been in a computer in someone's house. But the cables were in good condition and do work. Someone mentioned these do not work on a Dell Inspiron 3650, but actually they do as that is the machine I bought it for. I was able to then plug in two 2.5 inch SATA drives and the power cable was able to power them both.So I am not happy they were used, but I am overall happy as they do work.

DOES NOT WORK for Inspiron 3650
As other reviewers have noted, the data cable is fine, but the power cable is missing pins and DOES NOT WORK as advertised for the Inspiron 3650. The computer will not even power up with the cable connected. Very disappointing. This is a clear-cut case of FALSE ADVERTISING. Do not buy this product and shame on this seller!

Exactly what I needed for Dell Inspiron 3668.
Works perfectly for powering the internal two 2.5" hard disk bays in my Dell Inspiron 3668.

Dell Inspiron 3670
If you plan to use this cable with a drive mounted at the bottom of the case (as it was delivered), it will not fit.However, if you want to use it to connect a SSD to the motherboard power connector, the cable will work. I added some velcro to the SSD and to the front side of the case and it works like a champ!! BTW, if you've ever felt your PC was slooooow, upgrade to a SSD, you'll be so happy!!!!

Defective Cord Killed Computer
The defect was that the 6 pronge power cord was missing metal connection in 2 of the 6 holes. When I turned on power after a cloning a SSD , which I've done many times, there was a burnt electrical smell. The computer will not boot/post and I tried everything I could to recover it. The tech at the local computer store suspects, like I did, that the motherboard is blown. I was trying to help out my aunt by upgrading/ speeding up her computer and now I'm stuck with a $700 replacement cost. The computer was a DELL Inspiron Desktop 3668.

Power did not work for Inspiron 3668
The 3668 was not listed, but I had seen somewhere that it might be compatible so I tried it. Unfortunately the power cable did not work; when I connected everything the desktop did not start. (Once I disconnected the power cable it started again, nothing was broken.) Possible cause is that this cable has only four connected pins on the side that connects to the motherboard; the cable that I eventually found that worked has five. The SATA data cable worked fine.
