This is an exceptionally well made toilet that fully discharges all waste and is reasonably priced. It’s the perfect height for me at 6’ and my 5’2” wife. An aging couple, we found the toilet height to be easy on our knees and much more comfortable than shorter models. For added comfort we paired it with a Toto seat. The item was shipped with lots of padding in a heavy duty container and arrived arrived in perfect condition.

The tank does not stays sturdy and the person that installed it showed us from another new toilet a rimmed that holds the tank straight , the new tall toilet did not had it. He fixed it by putting a small plastic piece to keep it straight. I wish I could send pictures but I don’t know how.

Toilet as advertised. It is tall, like sitting in a sturdy chair. Comfortable. You expect to sit and keep on going and then it stops you. Haha. It FEELS about 2-3 inches taller than what you'd expect in a regular toilet, Its measurements are true though. We placed ours in a tight spot and it fit perfectly from all angles. My husband wants to replace all our toilets now. Although we've only had it for a short while, the discharge spout opening seems small, but hasn't clogged. We use charmin the thick stuff. Had it professionally installed, only because we're not that handy. Would buy again. Trustworthy product.

This is a well built toilet. It came well packed. My father has trouble getting up from the standard height toilets. This one is 18 1/4” high which is pretty equivalent to the normal 14” height plus one of the seat extenders which I do not recommend because of how hard they are to keep clean. My dad and I are very happy with the quality of workmanship. Especially since the price was also reasonable compared to other toilets. Amazon got it to us in excellent condition. It comes with a toilet seat and all the tank necessities, but you’ll need new floor bolts, water hose, wax seal and caulk. The flushing mechanism is super quiet and very efficient, or maybe because of how thick the ceramic is. Just super pleased with the purchase.

Easy on your knees! Sturdy. Smaller, water saver-type tank. Flush could be a little more powerful, but works great for the price!

In some of the other reviews I read before purchasing this product, it was recommended to purchase a sturdier toilet seat and a non-plastic flush lever. I did, and installed them on the toilet instead of the seat and lever that came with the toilet. The toilet would have been fine as it came, but I decided to upgrade. This toilet is perfect for someone with knee problems, or someone who is taller than average. It was difficult to find a reasonably priced toilet with the seat height I wanted, so finding this one was great. The first toilet I received arrived damaged. I contacted the seller, Build.com. The company immediately refunded my money. I ordered a second toilet, and it arrived in pristine condition. Build.com has excellent, hassle-free customer service. 👌

Bought for the height. Product came in 2 boxes, packed well. Bowl seems sturdy. Tank is less than par. The lid barely fits and does not completely cover the unfinished top edges of the tank in places. The rubber gaskets from tank to bowl allows the tank to wobble front to back regardless of how tight the bolts are. Not sure if my tank lid was defective but very disappointing for the price. Also, the plastic lid is cheap and flimsy, count on going to Lowe’s to buy an actual seat for another $40. The tank components work but they look less than basic and will probably need replaced sooner than later. Buy only the bottom if you can and get a better tank. Def. not a $300 toilet. Bowl is 18” from floor to top of bowl w/out the seat. Flush is ok.
