Works Great On Vulcan 900 Custom
Installed this on my 2013 Vulcan 900 Custom. The customs have a weird headlamp size(5.75" i believe) and i had a hell of a time trying to find an aftermarket headlamp in that size so i just decided to completely remove the headlamp and bucket and replace it with a more common 7" size. The old headlamps bolted down on a plate between the forks and this new one mounts directly to the forks with the brackets. Like a lot of other reviewers mentioned, the brackets included in this kit are sketch. I found a set of brackets on amazon that fits my bike(41mm) and they are a lot nicer as far as appearance, strength and adjustment. As far as the wiring, it was pretty easy. I used posi tap connectors(20-22 awg) to tap off the existing turn signals and daytime running light. For some reason the turn signals were backwards even though i wired according to the instructions to the headlamp, but it was easy to swap this around. I tapped off the daytime running light for one of the turn signals(since its dual filament) and it works great. If you have a vulcan 900, i tapped off the green wires going out to the turn signals and then tapped off one of the blue wires going out to the turn signals(this is the daytime running light). Doesn't matter which one you tap off they are both always on. My bike looks badass now with this headlamp, a massive improvement over the stock headlamp or even the stock headlamp with an led bulb swap. They are bright and i feel like they are way more visible to oncoming drivers than the stock headlamp because of the daytime lights and turn signals..at a pretty reasonable price too

Works Great for my 3 Wheeler
Works great for my Honda 3 wheeler. I've got an old 1984 Honda ATC 200M. The bucket and headlight were completely trash, and replacements are no longer produced. I decided to give this one a try as it had the side mounts so I could mount it to the ears on the fork. The spacing between the bolts is quite a bit longer than 7 inches, but I was able to make it work. It is very bright! It comes with a traditional 3 prong harness, which I cut off. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: for my purpose, I only needed the low beam and high beam. The BLACK WIRE is your ground. The BLUE WIRE is your low beam, and the GREY/SILVER WIRE is your high beam. See the video attached, the light is very bright and looks surprisingly good on my 3 wheeler! I will update the review if necessary depending on how it performs on the trails.

Amazing headlight, terrible brackets
I recently installed this on my 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 and have gone on a few rides with it. I'll update here as time goes on to indicate its longevity. So far, the headlight itself is incredible. It seems extremely premium, the LEDs are extremely bright (a HUGE upgrade from the stock headlight on my FZ-07), and the running lights and turn signals look really great. It seems to rival headlights that are several times the cost of this one. The mounting brackets, however, are complete garbage. They feel cheap, and weren't even shaped properly out of the box. I did ultimately use them, but I had to work on bending them into shape for a while before they would actually wrap around the forks. I strongly recommend purchasing higher quality third-party brackets elsewhere. In terms of wiring, keep in mind that my case might not match yours. The previous owner of my bike did a lot of hack-job wiring internally with basically everything he touched, and the LED turn signals he had on there were no exception, so I have no idea what wiring was originally on my bike and what was his handiwork. That being said, the main headlight was plug and play with my setup. The three-pin connector plugged straight into the existing wiring harness and worked great. For the turn signals and running lights, I took some time to re-wire and solder in new wiring on the bike's side, but I was able to use the spade connectors and wires attached to the headlight just fine. Bottom line, I am extremely happy with this headlight. It feels like a completely new motorcycle, and visibility at night is incredible. Highly recommended, assuming it lasts.

Very easy to work with, very bright
Great headlight, very sharp and clean looking, much brighter than stock, little difficult to hook up the plugs to the 2015 Vulcan s but not too much work. Had to splice and use a wire from the old headlight, but don’t need to be a rocket scientist to do so. Other than that, which I knew I might have to do the brackets were a little funny shaped but bent into place once I started to tighten them down, looks great, would definitely buy again!!

Great light for the price, really revamped the look of my Monster!
After a ride home from work, I found that my left turn signal on my 2012 Monster 1100 EVO had snapped at the base. I took the opportunity to upgrade my headlight and give my Monster more of a classic S4R look. I really like that the SKYTANTS light had turn signals integrated in. I knew from a few of the reviews that I would need to get separate brackets for it to fit my 55ish mm forks so I ordered those here on Amazon as well at the same time. I also knew from the product pictures that it would not be plug and play but it would just take some simple electrical work. Once I connected everything, I finished it off by wrapping everything in Teflon tape first and then F4 tape. It’s not the most concealed wiring but I still have some length to work with in case I should have to go back in. My first pic is a side to side comparison of the original headlight vs. this one. There are a couple pics showing my process of breaking down the original plug and putting on spade connectors to connect the headlight to my bike’s wiring. The product picture really helped me identify the wires for the headlight, all I had to do was identify the wires coming from my bike which I did while I still had the original headlight on. My video is of the end product which I think turned out PHENOMENAL. I’m in love with the look of my bike all over again. The light spread is really good too. The low beam has a clear cut off point. You can see that it’s a half circel of light that can be aimed. It’s definitely not a flood beam so, if aimed right, you won’t blind everyone on the road. Something I learned in the process, if you’re going to disconnect your intrument gauge in the process like I did, don’t forget to reconnect it when you do a lights test. I spent an extra 2 hours wondering if I had labeled my wires wrong because I forgot that the instrument gauge is needed to complete the circuit and only the DRLs powered on initially.

Good, except for turn signals
This headlight is nice and has good light output. However, the turn signals and DRLs are wired in such a way that they are not compatible with solid state LED flashers, even though they are LEDs. I don't know how this is possible because I'm not an electrical engineer, but when using a common solid state, no-load flasher, the DRLs backfeed 6 volts across the turn signals and cause them to stay on instead of flashing, while my rear turn signals flash normally. The only solution I found (after 3 days of trying different flashers and much puzzlement) is to get an electromechanical flasher such as the Autozone Novita LL352, and two 6 ohm load resistors. I'm guessing that on the bikes this kit was designed for, there is an incandescent gauge light in the circuit and the resistor isn't necessary. It's kind of a hassle to get this working on a purely electric bike. I'm hoping the light will now last a long time, and that this will help those people in the Q&A that couldn't get their turn signals and DRLs working at the same time.

Amesome light for the miney
Amazing light for the money! I’ve only had it for a week but very impressed. Light output is great. A very nice white light. The lo beam has good light dispersment. The high beam generally focuses the beam down the center. But is very bright. I love the side halos with integrated turn signals. This allowed me to do away with my side turn signals for a more sleek look. There are not any instructions, you will have to hook each wire up to your existing wires and find out which is which. But wiring was very simple. Wires are also very thin (22g) and you do not get a lot of wire from the light to begin with, which I hate. Maybe 2inches of wire. All in all, great light for under a $100. We shall see how long it lasts....hopefully reliability is on par with the quality of the light output and complete assembly.
