They come in three different sizes, with the largest size being easier on the beginners who can't control their face angle, to size S which is for the more experienced. They are made of aluminium so they are sturdy without feeling like a weight. The set comes with weighted feet for each of these gates, which are also spiked, working great both indoors on the mat or straight on the grass. The gates don't necessarily have to be used with the feet when playing on the grass and can be pinned straight into the ground If the ball hits the right side of the gate then your face angle is too open, or the opposite being too closed when hitting the left side so these will help you aim through the center which is very good practice. Everything can be stored in the little carry bag provided.

It comes with a compact carrying case and is small enough to throw in your golf bag and the feedback you get is immediate because you instantly know whether your putter face was square at impact. Given how presented and premium this feels, its a shame the carry case doesn't have a Velcro or some kind of fastener to keep it securely closed. Definitely not a deal breaker, but would be a nice touch.

The gates have a weighted plastic base to make sure that they don't get knocked over easily. There are 3 metal gates that come with it and each one has a different opening size. It also comes with a folding nylon case that allows you to store all of parts for easy carry in your golf bag. The bag is 6" tall by 4 1/2 " wide by 1" think so it doesn't take up a large mount of space. I find the gates a little too wide even on the narrowest one to practice with. The solution I have is to put the gate further away from the ball to increase the challenge of making sure you are aiming properly and hitting the ball online. Overall if you want to work on making sure you are hitting your putts on the starting line you are intending to this is a great training tool to get.

I love the flexibility of these gates. By having weighted "feet", these are perfect for outdoor and indoor use. These will hold place perfectly on a fake (indoor) putting green and allow for less disruption of turf if used on real putting green. The three sizes allow options for practice and "dialing in" the initial alignment of your putt. The storage bag is great quality and not a simple sack in which everything is dumped, but rather a neatly tailored solution that is functional and space efficient. This is my second Putt-Out item (I also have their Pressure Putt Trainer) and I'm using these gates in conjunction with it for a great practice on putting stroke alignment AND distance control. I'm super impressed with the quality of these PuttOUT Pro Putting gates and how useful they actually are. I find I've been taking my golf game more seriously the past couple of years -it's a great way to decompress from daily life stressors and spend time with my buddies. These gates are an excellent practice tool to improve putting skills, stance and angles -the goal is to reduce the number of putts per round, which should equate to a bettter overall score. The set of 3 gates are different sizes; small is 50mm, medium 60mm and large 70mm, used either individually or all together. They come with a black storage bag and weighted feet for indoor use, but optional for the actual outdoor green. The diagrams provided are well done, but the company also provides very thorough, helpful instructional videos and tips on their website, accessed through the QR code provided on the box as well as the storage bag, ensuring an easier and more productive experience. Overall, I find these gates and drill exercises to be an invaluable tool and plan to spend even more time practicing with them in the new year, so that by the time we get out on the green, my game will be far superior than it was last year.

All the gates have rubber feet, so they can stand on indoor putting greens, for practice year round. The feet are also removable, exposing metal spikes, so the gates can be used on grass outdoors. This allows you to practice on artificial and natural surfaces. When using these gates up close, you can see the accuracy of each putt and know what mistakes you’re making with each shot. By setting the gate further away, you can master longer distances and curved shots. All three gates are made out of metal and come with a protective bag for transporting. They stand up well from golf ball hits on the posts, so you don’t have to keep resetting them. They also look good and professional, with a quality finish. If you’re looking to improve your putting game and also challenge yourself with longer shots, these putting gates are an excellent training tool to own.
