Eliminates pain, assures total comfort
These did exactly what they were intended to do. I wore a pair of ballet flats to a comedy show in Las Vegas, and knew going in because the show was at a hotel far away from ours, and the hotel we were in is just one of the many behemoth hotels, that we’d be doing a ton of walking to get from our hotel room to the ride share area, to the theatre back to the ride share area, back through the lobby and to our room. So I thought that not wearing heels would prevent any concerns with sore or painful shoe wear, or minimize the occurrence of any painful blisters. Wrong. By the end of the night, I had worn raw spots on the back of my foot heels that were painful. When I got back to my hotel room, I took off my shoes and could see exposed and rubbed away skin on the back of both feet. I showered, patted my feet dry. Added a little triple antibiotic and prayed that by the morning when I had to put on my tennis shoes and socks, and go to the airport, that things would be all better with my feet. When I woke up the next day. No such luck. I went to my toiletries bag and started rummaging around for a couple of band-aids, and finding none, I began feeling sick at the thought of hobbling around for 2 more miles of walking with these exposed raw spots on my heels and no protection. When all of a sudden I found two small cut squares of moleskin padding. I put it over the sore spots on my heels, put on my shoes and socks and boom. Didn’t think about or even remember that I’d had any issues with my feet until I got home 5 hours later and removed my shoes and socks. The moleskin was painless to remove, and now I can go back to the business of healing my feet. Had I remembered I had the moleskin in the first place, in retrospect I would have worn it when I wore the flats the first time and probably would have saved myself from ever getting the raw skin. What I know now is I won’t ever travel without mole skin again, I will always keep it in my purse, and it is the ultimate secret weapon in total shoe comfort. Love it!

Good price on a good product
Sometimes I can't find these in the pharmacies. I got them for a good price on Amazon

Solves the problem!
I have a couple of screwheads in my right ankle that really hurt when wearing hiking boots. I tried everything until I discovered these. Problem absolutely solved! Each of these pads are good for two, maybe three long days of hiking--then the adhesive is pretty much gone. Far, far better than the typical thin moleskin.

As always I get my pads intact.

VERY thick compared to their regular MoleSkin. Easier to remove backing from foam: just that much thicker than backing for MoleSkin. (Why couldn't the thicker backing also be on the MoleSkin? Which is VERY hard to remove, even with readers and a cuticle stick.)I have only adhered MoleSkin to the inside of footwear, which adheres very well. My feet, toes? I think it would hurt to peel the skin or foam off of skin. The only thing that I've found is that this MoleFoam creases and that this sometimes puts pressure on toe, foot where it's not needed. Yes. I will buy it again.

No more neuroma foot pain.
I use this stuff to make my own metatarsal arch pads. I've been doing this for years. I showed my podiatrist and he thought it was a great idea. I cut a piece about 1-1.25" and another about 1/2" and stack them together. I put it on the bottom of my foot just below the ball at the base of the arch. It is a lifesaver for Morton's neuroma. No need for cortosone shots. Amazing how such a tiny thing works so well. It cost me a fraction of what those disposable pads cost and I can use them two or three times before the adhesive gives out. (it gets reactivated by body heat on the second day). it also doesn't show when I wear sandals - unlike those costly white pads. I am so happy to have found these on Amazon since they are less expensive than in the drug stores - where they are also frequently out of stock, or they only have the moleskin that has no foam.

Dr Scholls foot pads
I found these pads to thick to wrap my toes and they didn’t stay stuck to my heels for a whole day
