Very healthy foods
Very healthy food, containing various nutrient, including chicken meat, various vegetables, which meet all requirements for nutrition. It tastes good if added a small amount of salts.

These Are Great Quick Meal
One of my favorite quick meals. I will miss getting them from Amazon Fresh now that they no longer deliver in my area. Other markets are available but aren't compatible with my shopping needs.

A good easy meal with a salad on the side.
I look at these power bowls and my reaction immediately is that they seem healthier than a lot of frozen dinners. I find the Cuban pork to be the best flavored, but this one is pretty good, although I find the spiciness to be a little puny. The price is good and it makes a great meal with a good salad on the side. Calories are reasonable as well.

Inexpensive Quick Healthy Microwave Meal
I’ve always like these quick microwave bowls. They’re healthy with lots of greens and other plant based ingredients. They’re inexpensive and worth the price. I think they taste great (Chicken Adobo is my fav) and is perfect for a quick healthy meal. I pop the bowl in microwave for 4 min and 30 seconds, let cool for a few minutes, and it’s ready to eat.

Never cooks evenly - always dried out pieces
Pros: The ingredients are appealing and it smells GREAT. Cons: 3 times, I have adjusted the cook time to as little as 3.25 minutes in an 800 watt microwave. Half of the meal is so dry, it's inedible. I will not buy these again.

Escas cajitas de proteínas vienen llenas de buen sabor y el precio es exactamente lo que debe ser cuando uno vive con un presupuesto y quiere bajar de peso y subir masa muscular. De verdad que me a sorprendido lo bueno que son y que la porción es lo que deberíamos comer. Muy contenta con mi orden.

Delish ❤️ All the flavors. Pretty much what I eat anyway but it’s already prepared and frozen so works for me. so convenient Someone made a comment about not thrilled with the cheap flimsy cardboard bowls which I agree with but I understand why they use them. Most environmentally friendly restaurants use those biwls anyway. If I’m at work or home, I just use my own bowl.
