In the past, I've tried preworkouts never finding them to be all that worthwhile. They'd hype me up only to leave me feeling gassed at the end of my workouts. On a whim I decided to give them a shot figuring its been a few years since I last tried them and they've must've improved some. After reading a review on Barbend.com, I bought Pre-Kaged in the berry flavor and I have become a fan. I primarily have been using it on days where I get to the gym in the afternoon and need a pick me up after work. Pre-Kaged gets me to a good level of amped for my workout without making my skin feel crazy itchy or making my heart pound through my chest. I start drinking it about 15 mins before getting to the gym, and it kicks in soon after. My energy level feels consistent and as it wears off, it does so in a nice steady taper without feeling like I'm crashing. *Update 12/19/18* I finished my first batch of the Berry Blast flavor, which was on the sweeter side but the flavor was good, present but not overly strong. I bought my second batch in the Orange Krush flavor. This flavor is much less sweet and the actual orange flavor is very light. The closest thing to compare it to is maybe watered down OJ, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. For my morning workouts it’s actually pleasant because I don’t like such a kick so early in the day.

One thing I hate about pre-workout is when it makes me feel weird and tingly. Kaged is probably one of the few brands I’ve tried that doesn’t make me feel that way. It’s affordable, gives me a good burst of energy, and doesn’t make me feel like I’m going to have a heart attack mid leg press. Would recommend!

So to my surprise the berry blast is rather sour for those thinking its going to be very fruitful. Although it wasn't what I was expecting, the the punch is a great wake up call and have actually come to appreciate the sourness of the berry blast. If you're trying to wake up for a morning routine, this will wake you up immediately haha. Good product.

I’ve been working out for a long time and have used so many pre workouts I’ve lost count. I truly love this stuff, it doesn’t make me at all jittery or weird. It just makes me feel alert and focused. Great price and quality product! Would recommend for sure

This is probably the worst tasting pre workout I've ever had and trust me when I say flavor doesn't mean anything for me. Even if it's disgusting I can chug it down for the greater good, but this? No, absolutely repulsive. As far as the effect, it does literally nothing. Not even a hint of jitter. And I'm was not even on pre-workouts so my body was somehow used to it. It's definitely not cheap, so if you ask me I'd say BPI or C4 is way better than this one and also for cheaper price; not to mention they taste pretty good.

I’ve finally graduated from C4 and let me tell you!!!! - There’s a huge difference. This is a real pre-work out with amazing pumps. You won’t get much of the crazy tingle sensation that you get with C-4, maybe a little. But this pre-workout gives you a great pump, great energy and dialed in focus. There’s also a euphoric feeling as well. I can’t describe it, you just have to try it man. I don’t see a need for their stronger version at all. During the week I only take a half scoop because I probably won’t be able to sleep at night with a full scoop since I workout around 5pm and work at 5am. But on the weeks, I do the full scoop and it gets CRAZY in the gym for me! Love this stuff so far

I usually buy the Sport type of Kaged and chose this one by accident. It has more caffeine than I would like and the flavor isn't great, but it's useable if I use just half a scoop.
