Hi Kelly, I'm not sure what you are asking, but I have only used the original peppermint soap by Dr Bronner, so I am not familiar with this one.

Can this be used to make homemade insecticidal soap?

My recipe for making insecticidal soap with Dr. Bonner's Pure Castile Soap is: 1 part soap to 6 parts warm water mixed into a spray bottle. It is safe and effective and can be sprayed all over the plant.

Will this soap foam at all?

I've found that mixing a ratio hot water-to-soap about 2.5 or 3-to1 makes good foam. I add essential oils as desired. Pour hot water into foaming bottle, then add soap and presto-chango, you having your own brewed foaming soup du jour.

Can I use this on a 4 months old baby?

As long as you follow the directions and dilute the soap correctly, it is safe to use on a 4 month old.
